Disappointed in my service today. I go to black rock several days a week. Today I handed the employee my card and then asked to add my royalty number or scan the app. The employee said, “oh I’m sorry. I can’t do that since I just swiped your card”. Seems odd that you can alter rewards points when it all happened within seconds?

Super rude regional manager! Definitely has no Buiz being in charge of others & is always not friendly in the am. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at black rock with my wife & I know this review will not impact coffee sales but that is not the way you do business ! Thanks to all the nice baristas :)

Ordered a blended chai latte and a muffin. Threw both in the trash. Latte just tasted like iced milk and the muffin tasted like it was baked a month ago. Terrible.

Went in yesterday, and the girl at the front desk had a meltdown on me over a price adjustment and tried to have me pay almost 8 bucks for a $5 dollar fuel, then I give her one of my birthday gift cards that was purchased online by a friend and tried to accuse me of it being fake ? Without even typing in the numbers after all that craziness a different employee came out and called me rude ? When I was very patient and not once raised my voice at any of the employees , after she called me rude she then Profusely apologized that it was just a “bad day” I AM A CUSTOMER I don’t need to know what emotional stuff your employees are dealing with I was there for a coffee to start my week and instead was essentially harassed by these employees… can we get some professionalism…. oh and to top it all off they never give you your points…. I’ll stick to Biddle black rock, drama free and I’m not being insulted.

I love this little coffee shop. Exceptional customer care. It's nice to have a place to sit and have coffee with friends and colleagues. I hope they open another store in East Medford. We need a location on Barnett. Haven't tried their food yet. Their cold brew, green tea, and Carmel blondie blended are just a few of my favorites! Keep up the great work!!

I love their iced Mexi mocha with oat milk.

The negative: The staff aren’t as engaged with their customers as other coffee chains in the area. They keep their heads down and focus on working. I understand it’s busy but management could hire more people to help the current staff with their workload. It’s also possible to multitask and talk to the customers which I don’t feel is a priority.
