I love this little coffee shop. Exceptional customer care. It's nice to have a place to sit and have coffee with friends and colleagues. I hope they open another store in East Medford. We need a location on Barnett. Haven't tried their food yet. Their cold brew, green tea, and Carmel blondie blended are just a few of my favorites! Keep up the great work!!

I love their iced Mexi mocha with oat milk.

The negative: The staff aren’t as engaged with their customers as other coffee chains in the area. They keep their heads down and focus on working. I understand it’s busy but management could hire more people to help the current staff with their workload. It’s also possible to multitask and talk to the customers which I don’t feel is a priority.

I'm going to leave my 5star review for the Barista's only!!! Your price hikes are ridiculous your more expensive than your competitors and now I believe it's going to take more purchases to get a free one. On a low average we were spending around 3k a year but not anymore. Thank you.

I normally have a very good experience at this location, but today I had to wait twenty minutes in line, I understand that part. Ordered my drink and bagel, the bagel is cold and the guy at the window gave me a small first, I order an 8 dollar XL drink, then another five minutes later gave me a medium. I didn’t have the time for him to stumble around and make another one or I would’ve been late for work. Train your people better before putting them in the drive thru on a Saturday!

Nice little coffee shop with tables and chairs, only had a blueberry muffin and coffee but they were both pretty good, great staff, chairs not too comfortable but wasn't staying long anyway, cheaper than that other place! We will be back.??

Very obnoxious young lady who very sarcastically blurted out Merry CHRIST less as I was pulling out of the drive thru. I felt extremely offended by her disrespectful language. I will never go back to this establishment.

Black Rock has been my coffee of choice for awhile now, it was really good at first, but over the year or so I've been quite off put by the environment, the staff attitudes, & the nerve of these baristas getting mad because I chose not to leave a tip. Anytime I get a coffee here they try to force you to "leave a signature" by saying they "need" one on their iPad that they use to beg people for tips. Civilians should not be expected to pay the wages of anyone for that matter, but the amount of pushiness & uncomfortable vibes I get when I go to Black Rock is super annoying. & on top of this, the male workers here really weirded my wife out, one of them actually physically grabbed her phone out of her hand while trying to scan it. Just honestly overall terrible customer service, & tired of the same weirdness everytime I come to Black Rock, so maybe the staff will take some advice from my very honest review, stop trying to BEG for tips off people for pouring some chocolate milk into a cold brew, the male staff can stop sitting on the window trying to be seductive with any woman who comes through, & last of all, turn their stupid music down. Nobody coming to Black Rock to study wants to sit and listen to Tory Lanez sex RnB playing at max volume.
