Super disappointed I don't come to town very often but when I do I always like to go get an iced coffee. I get there at 602, not realizing they sit close at 6 o'clock. Sorry, I already closed everything down. I've been closed down for a little bit. I don't understand why these places are always close up. And have everything cleaned app before it's even close time. Last time it was 5 minutes before close, and they didn't want to serve me. I've had some good experiences. But today, definitely not being one of them in my opinion, they need employees, you know, like to work. They don't mind staying 5 minutes later, 10 minutes later, to clean up to make someone's day to make their coffee on their way out of town. The little treat They get every once in a while when they're in town. Like, I hope you had something real important to get home to

Wanted my coworker to try a carmel blondie before work about a week ago. We are 3rd in line then we get to window and tell her our order (3drink order) after a few minutes. As we are waiting we see at least 4 cars get helped on the other side before us, im assuming because we had 3 drinks she wanted to get them out of the way but that should not matter as we were waiting patiently for at least a half hour for 3 drinks making us late to work when brought to her attention she laughed, apologized and comped one drink. Love your coffee but service that day not so much

I had to write a review because I really love this location and Black Rock Coffee in general. The team members are always super nice and helpful. They have a great balance between getting your order out fast and making polite conversation.
I have to say it was kind of disappointed with my experience today because I went to the shop kind of excited to use my rewards. When I ordered my drink, I stated that I had a reward. I didn’t know if it was a birthday reward or just from points.
However, when I went to use my points, the barista told me that I could only use them on the app. So while I was waiting, I tried to download the app, and I had to create an account which I did, but then when it when I went to register the account I could not do it. The app froze.
Ultimately, this is not a big deal because I love Black Rock coffee and I was very happy with everything else, but it was kind of disappointing going in trying to use my rewards and then being locked out from using them.

I always have a great experience at this stand no matter who is working. Today I just happened to go through when a guy was training and he did a fantastic job. I get picky with my drink and it came out better than I hoped. Thank you!

Ariana is always so friendly and kind and the Biddle stand in general always is in good spirits and makes my drink correctly and tempers to give me my points and that’s why I give 5stars the other stand on Rossanley never gives points and the girls are rude, I’ll keep going to Biddle stand

It’s bad management to only have 1 person at your stand during morning rush. It took 15 minutes for a single car to get their order of 2 drinks and the poor employee looked overwhelmed. And this wasn’t a one off, this is a consistent issue with your stands. I definitely won’t be recommending your brand to anyone.

Always consistent. Smiling employees and super tasty coffee. Even the decaf is good if you haven't tried them before they are worth a trip and have large variety of drinks.

Parking: This BR coffee bar on Biddle Rd is a take out, A couple spot to park.

Wonderful coffee, however the management clearly sucks and only cares about labor costs rather than customers experience . For a drive through coffee, you would expect it to be fast. Everytime i have come through, there’s been a 15minute wait, and everytime there has only been one person working and they always look so overwhelmed. Not to mention the amount of people that drive out of line out of frustration. Not fair to customers or workers. Would be 10/10 if there were two workers working.

We love black rock. Stopped in there on Saturday October 28th at about 12:30 pm. There was a nice guy working who asked about my sweatshirt. We discussed the best donuts and I made a claim that Locals in Eugene/Junction city was the best donuts on the market, and he claimed that Donut Country was the best. I hope you see this, I want you to know that while you’re a lovely person, donut country is pitiful compared to Locals. When you’re in town, look them up! You won’t be disappointed.
