Super disappointed I don't come to town very often but when I do I always like to go get an iced coffee. I get there at 602, not realizing they sit close at 6 o'clock. Sorry, I already closed everything down. I've been closed down for a little bit. I don't understand why these places are always close up. And have everything cleaned app before it's even close time. Last time it was 5 minutes before close, and they didn't want to serve me.

Wanted my coworker to try a carmel blondie before work about a week ago. We are 3rd in line then we get to window and tell her our order (3drink order) after a few minutes. As we are waiting we see at least 4 cars get helped on the other side before us, im assuming because we had 3 drinks she wanted to get them out of the way but that should not matter as we were waiting patiently for at least a half hour for 3 drinks making us late to work when brought to her attention she laughed,...

I had to write a review because I really love this location and Black Rock Coffee in general. The team members are always super nice and helpful. They have a great balance between getting your order out fast and making polite conversation.

I have to say it was kind of disappointed with my experience today because I went to the shop kind of excited to use my rewards. When I ordered my drink, I stated that I had a reward. I didn’t know if it was a birthday reward...
