Don’t understand why takeout orders seemed to be so important / pickups / phone orders coming in while me and my guests sat waiting for our order to be taken.

We took our daughter out for her birthday, she loves sushi. We had 4 of us and ordered 6 rolls. They were all very delicious. There were only 2 working the front and they both were friendly and did a great job, it was efficient and excellent service. We all loved it and will definitely be returning again!

Bonsai is a cute and cozy dining experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is very typical of most Japanese / Asian locations. Clean overall, slightly cluttered in places, but not distracting or dingy in any way.
I tried the Bento Box. The food was delicious and you get exactly or more than what you pay for in portion size. Crisp salad with tangy dressing, crunchy Gyoza, and a solidly-savory teriyaki sauce on your protein. The rice was well cooked, and the California was spot on for a side to the meal.
I would be happy to dine here again.
Good food , fast service.
The food was as good as previous years when it
I've eaten there. The salad dressing has changed from an orange style ginger to one closer to a thousand island style and not very good. Less salad portion than I recall served previously. Employees were kind, just on the slow side. Disappointing this time around.
Delicious! I recommend the Rockstar and the Godzilla rolls. Yummy!
Conveniently located on Barnett Road near several medical facilities Bonsai was a pleasant surprise. The entrees were fresh and flavorful with decent portion sizes. Extensive Sushi offerings and Terriyaki. Their roll selection is huge. Having been to nearly every Asian restaurant in the Rogue Valley Bonsai is a stand out. It's tucked back in the small shopping center behind a flower shop. Give it a try, They serve a very pleasant offering.

Ono food and great service for a reasonable price. We went back again today. Sashimi was so good, fresh and in decent size to keep us happy (hamachi & maguro), so ono!! Keep up the good work, guys.
What a cute, amazing, authentic sushi house.
I will be back with my gf and will recommend it for business lunches and dinner parties.
Absolutely amazing food I had the lion 🦁 king roll. Which is incredible. Absolutely 10/10 sushi 🍣 😋 😍
Delicious and fresh authentic Japanese food.
Ordered to go! One of our favorite places to order sushi! Boom pow roll and red dragon roll are two of our favorites!
The combination meal is a go to for us as it includes your choice of teriyaki meat over rice, soup or salad and 12 piece tempura. Perfect addition to sushi and an easy way to feed our son. He loves the miso soup and tempura. The teriyaki beef is amazing too.
Overall a great place to eat as they have a variety of options to accommodate budget, diet restrictions and an awesome variety of foods. Good sized sushi rolls as well. 🥰
My husband and I went for lunch on Valentine's Day, we got a couple of sushi rolls which were amazing. He got a bento box and I got the chicken katsu. The sushi was better but all of it was good.
