This was my first experience in Medford. I came in to watch the fights on Saturday night. It took forever to get help but once the manager noticed us she jumped in to take care of us. We had buffalo tots and they were good but they forgot to put any cheese on them. They were still pretty good. Then we got a burger and I was surprised at the quality, this was a very good burger and would order again. The only real complaint is that we know we are going to be there for the night so we tip our servers very well because we know the table is not going to get turned all night. I have never been charged $10.00 just to watch the fights. Because I tip well I was taken back when I saw the charge. If I wanted to pay for the fight, I would have stayed home and spend a lot less. I come for the wings and atmosphere but not to pay extra. Bad decision in my opinion.

Holy moly, the service is terrible. To be fair it's not the fault of the waiters, they are way understaffed and they can't keep up. Easy to see honestly. Management needs to hire more employees, no question.
Edit: Returned three months later and the experience was great. They seemed very well staffed :)

The fries were really good but the wings honestly left a lot to be desired. I waited a while even after arriving ten minutes late to my pick up time and had to tell the same lady my name manyyyyy times. Overall just not a great experience despite hearing such great things about the business. I’m willing to try it again though at some point, maybe it was an off day.

The service was slow. And the waitress spilled ranch dressing on my husband. The food was good! Our family was a party of seven, three of those kids. I just wish they had more servers because I really wanted some water.

Walked in at 10:45, their posted closing time is 12 AM. Was turned away and told they wouldn’t seat us. If you’re going to change your hours post it online.

Very disappointing!
This was our first time trying buffalo wild wing, and we’ll never go back. We waited for a table for about 10 minutes despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. Our server was friendly but the food took over 30 minutes to come to the table, again the restaurant was nearly empty so it seemed odd. When we finally got the food it was cold, soggy and greasy. Truly inedible. I told our server and she apologized, but said it happens all the time. The kitchen staff is terrible. Don’t waste your time or money.
Is the 3 time they mess up my other !! Lactose intolerance gave me extra ranch !! For got my fries wings where cold .
