I have been here probably 20 times since my dog chewed on my driver's license and I have never had an issue getting beer. I'm 45 years old and looking like I'm 65 lol. I was carded tonight and turned away by a child waitress with a smirk on her face because of a couple bite marks on my driver's license. I sincerely get the sense that they enjoyed turning me away, that it wasn't a part of their normal duties. If it was something they had to do then this would have happened at some point before now.This is the first turn away I've had as an old guy with a dog crunched license. Horrible entitled child staff. Hire some grown folks please!

This was my second time ordering uber and we received no sauces, not even on our wings. When we called we were told by the lady that they were in there and she packed it. I just don't think they care about uber orders because the drivers get the tips. I understand it happening once but twice?! Then telling us it was right when it wasn’t.
I do appreciate that they commented on here and asked me to reach out, but the problem is we already tried to reach out prior to posting this and we were told a manager would call us and never did .

Delicious wings, place often smells good, but their prices make me unlikely to return. $16 for a burger + tip? Better be the best burger you ever had. I have a lot of complaints there, and not just from myself. Pluses and minuses. For me, it's mainly the price. Edit: The kitchen is improving their output and the BOGOs are back. This is a good move!

Unfortunately the wing overcooked , servers didn't get order right, charged for platter ,instead of side, and people wonder why businesses go out of business because employees don't care neither does the manager Order # 10002 . And ordered carrots and celery side never came wrong sauces on plate ect. WOW I glad I don't own that BBW

Boneless wings were smaller than small! Breading with no chicken! Fries ok at best. Very expensive for minimal value
Food was amazing as usual. I highly suggest the Cajun chicken. It's extremely delicious with the blue cheese dip. Service was a miss as usual. Their service is always slow and I always have to wait a while before I get service. It's worth it tho. The Jamaican Jerk is my favorite tho.

Customer service is not good employees are not helping and have to wait just to get told they are out of mushroom burger, out of Cajun wings... this is something that should be handled better and then then the AC is on and it is freezing 🥶 to the point I can't feel my fingers.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could say it louder I would. Absolutely terrible customer service! Multiple people waited for over 30 minutes prior to me arriving that hadn’t been helped. I placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes myself to still not get help when all I needed was my bag of food. Workers were rude and had attitudes also. If I could get my money back from my order I would. Not worth the waste of time and money for cold food. The staff claimed to be short staffed but there were only 3 tables with people in the main area. As a past server from a BWW location that is totally manageable and is nothing. This place is going downhill DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!

Everything we had was horrible wings dry, celery looked bad, even the lemon was bad. Husband didn't even eat what he ordered. Just sad, service took for ever and then the food took even longer. Won't be going back ! Sad cause it use to be a good stop on a Sunday, but nope.
