This was my first experience in Medford. I came in to watch the fights on Saturday night. It took forever to get help but once the manager noticed us she jumped in to take care of us. We had buffalo tots and they were good but they forgot to put any cheese on them. They were still pretty good. Holy moly, the service is terrible. To be fair it's not the fault of the waiters, they are way understaffed and they can't keep up. Easy to see honestly. Management needs to hire more employees, no question.
Edit: Returned three months later and the experience was great. They seemed very well staffed :)

The fries were really good but the wings honestly left a lot to be desired. I waited a while even after arriving ten minutes late to my pick up time and had to tell the same lady my name manyyyyy times. Overall just not a great experience despite hearing such great things about the business. I’m willing to try it again though at some point, maybe it was an off day.
