Whatever girl was working Sunday has horrible customer service. I get yall were way understaffed but to ignore me standing at the front and help a guy who walked up after me and you walked back and forth plenty of times and didn’t acknowledge me once! Customer service has gone down hill! Employees literally do not care!

You sit there and wait forever it seems when it's not busy for your food. Than when you get your food It's not even warm. I'd have to say this is probably the worst Burger King in the world if not for sure the United States of America.

Being a Delivery Driver makes you wonder why anyone would order here. Why should the worker ask what was ordered whe the order is there. He forgot what was ordered but yet it's on the screen. He's been asking me everything from the size to what was actually ordered to eat.

Only one person who works here is the best.

This is the BEST Birger King I’ve ever been to. The whole staff was really nice. I came during a slower time with my kids inside and every employee made us feel really special. I was so pleasantly surprised. We met Cash/Kash and they made our entire experience. They told
Us they moved from Georgia and the customer service reminded me of Louisiana (that’s where I’m from.) super friendly and polite. My kids told
Me they want to come back just to see Cash. But there were also some back of house people that were extremely nice. We didn’t catch their names. We came 10/23 at around 11:15am-12:15pm

I was the only person here. Ordered a burger no pickles and chicken sandwich. Somehow they got the order wrong and then tried to charge me $.53 for a cup of water. Stellar performance

Sorry. It was a bad day at S.Medford Burger king. Tried the new BBQ brisket whopper. Don't bother. The difference in the meat textures was noticeable so while the hamburger portion went down easily, the brisket was still trying to chew. What little there was of it.

fries are so brown and stale it tastes like days old the picture makes it look lighter but there really brown in person and taste horrible as well as the burger tasted bitter. This why I rarely ever eat bk and when I try to give it another chance reminds me why I dont eat here

Went to the drive-thru and it took like 10 minutes just for them to answer almost like they were not even acknowledging that we were there. They have messed up our order multiple times in the past and they don’t answer the phone when u call.The only good thing about this Burger King is that they have really good coupons other than that this place stinks.
