Now a Cook comes out and asked if I was waiting for an order .. MY GOD! Been 19 minutes now. Nothing . How does a Manager not know about this? 21 minutes now. People are getting helped at the window , But nothing for me yet.. 23 minutes and she hands me my food and Apologies for the wait. What a Joke

They forget to add jalapeños but we're quick to fix my order and replaced my sandwich for new one. Burger King needs to drop their prices substantially and they'll get a lot more customers/revenue, or have better promo deals to avoid closing.

Dont go here for breakfast. They literally got almost everything wrong with my order. 3 of my croissan'wiches were just sausage and cheese, no egg at all. I didn't order sausage at all. This is at least the third time they've messed up my breakfast orders. Normally BKs breakfast is good if made right but you will not get what you pay for here.

I ordered the family bundle meal yesterday and now my 3 year old son and me and my dad all have food poising I will be contacting the food administration later and having an investigation done on this burger king.
We stopped in around 8 pm could not get in to any of the bathrooms by the time we got done eating someone had finally left one of the bathrooms but you could tell they were on something and it instantly made my children scared. Never again will we go inside to sit and eat.

Food is very bland compared to everywhere else in Medford. The patties are small and they don't often complete your order. The area is absolutely disgusting and filthy. With homeless community doing drugs and sleeping around the area. I do not suggest anybody eats here.
