Sorry. It was a bad day at S.Medford Burger king. Tried the new BBQ brisket whopper. Don't bother. The difference in the meat textures was noticeable so while the hamburger portion went down easily, the brisket was still trying to chew. What little there was of it.

fries are so brown and stale it tastes like days old the picture makes it look lighter but there really brown in person and taste horrible as well as the burger tasted bitter. This why I rarely ever eat bk and when I try to give it another chance reminds me why I dont eat here

Went to the drive-thru and it took like 10 minutes just for them to answer almost like they were not even acknowledging that we were there. They have messed up our order multiple times in the past and they don’t answer the phone when u call.The only good thing about this Burger King is that they have really good coupons other than that this place stinks.

We ordered food late through Uber Eats and accidentally chose the wrong Burger King location which was not the nearest one no thanks for the Uber Eats app not having warnings set up for situation like these. The Uber driver unfortunately had to make an extra stop for another food delivery, making me anxious about our order's condition, also everyone had different burgers with special toppings. Luckily, when our food arrived, it was still warm, and the staff did a great job preparing the burgers as we requested. Overall, the order was mostly good, but a few burgers had way too much mayonnaise, to the point of ozzing out when you took bites. Please ease up on the mayo! everything else was fine.

The Burger King at 1015 S Riverside in Medford Oregon was horrible. I ordered the sausage biscuit with cheese no egg. The biscuit was hard as a rock. My husband got the double ham croissan'wich with the egg and the egg was cold. It also took 15 minutes to get our food. There was a bad vibe with the restaurant as well. It's no wonder this one is sooooo slow customer wise.

As I sit here with only one car ahead of me for ten minutes in the drive through, I got to thinking, this is a trend with Burger King and it needs to be addressed. I have been here multiple times with absolutely no one in the drive through or inside and they have me waiting for 10+ minutes whether in line or pulling around to the front. It’s crazy. These people aren’t getting paid minimum wage so I’m unsure why the service is no good. And half the time the order is not correct. This took me 4 minutes to write and I’m still sitting in the same spot.
