I ate a cold burger for lunch today because one employee (that I watched repeatedly check my bag and walk away) couldn't be bothered to spend 3 seconds scooping my small order of fries and instead left it to be done by another employee a full ten minutes later who had clearly just returned from her break. I saw the fries in the bin ready to go. I know the lady that refused to finish my order was working the drive thru and I understand the the drive thru gets priority but she handed out at least 5 orders to the drive thru and repeatedly refused to just do 1 quick scoop of fries to complete my small order.

We waited over an hour with an empty drive lane and lobby. A group of 3 received their several bags of food, who showed up after us in a timely fashion, before us, who only ordered 2 meals with no adjustments made to them. Once over 20 minutes had passed on our lunch breaks from work, we got frustrated and politely asked the cashiers in the front where our food was, and we had a time crunch due to our lunches, and people ahead of us had already been served. The young woman at the front was rude, started putting random things in bags that were not part of our order, handing them off without consideration, and missing a meal. When we told her this, she didn't acknowledge the problem and said that she couldn't retrieve our ticket. No refund, no correction. Nothing. We waited over 30 minutes and were late returning to work for a meal that should've been done with a maximum 10-minute wait. They also have an old advertisement for a meal deal that has been up for months, which is no longer available and far passed any promotional they have now.

They are unprofessional, rude, and do not work with you. We were very nice, understanding, and understand fast food workers do get the brunt of society, and we recognize those workers as humans just trying to make a buck, but this was unacceptable.

Employees lock the doors early! Sign on front door say lobby open until 10:00. 9;45 and already locked. Lost the sale :{. Employee made eye contact and shrugged shoulders glad I’m not the owner.

I just walked out of this crappy attended restaurant. I stood in front of both cashiers for more than a couple of minutes and no one attended me. I decided to go to Carl's Jr instead. Thank God for competition.

Let's face it. Fast food is just that, fast food. With that said though, nobody wants to spend their money on cold cardboard. The last 4 times I've gone to BK I've had issue after issue. First the app freezes and the code I'm supposed to give so that I can get the deal offered doesn't want to load all the sudden. The the promotional item that are displayed every aren't available. The coke freeze is never working and neither is the ice cream machine. The most heart breaking thing is my fried are always cold.!

I wish I could say I got food waiting in the drive-thru 10 minutes just for someone to answer and then when I say hello catch an attitude because I've been waiting for 10 minutes. People are on their lunch breaks it's called a drive-through for a reason at least acknowledge that you have someone waiting or give them a heads up that there's going to be a while. You guys need to get it together The only is the food quality going down but the prices are going up and the customer experience sucks 20 minutes in a drive-thru is ridiculous
