“Pull into the drive thru about 10:45 not even realizing it closed in 15 minutes. My bad ..... I gotta give a shout out to the person working the drive thru. The person was very polite. The food was fresh and fries hot and even remembered the ranch without me even asking . So to the crew of the Carl's Jr..... On Crater lake hwy. Thank you and I appreciate your attention to detail and quick service.....“
“This is the only fast food restaurant I go to and they are so nice here. Every single one of the workers are friendly, professional and genuinely want to help you. I don't see good customer service anymore, but it is consistently good at this restaurant. Management should give kudos to this location for always doing a great job and making their customers feel appreciated.“
“The food service worker didn't seem like the brightest bulb in the pack. My husband asked for diet coke not once but twice, and still got it wrong. Im a diabetic, and when you are moving, fast food is your only choice. If we had not noticed that the drink was regular, my blood sugars would had spiked and most likely sent me to the ER. Pay attention when you are serving others!“
