Service tonight was as usual awful, the manager of the evening's shift is always rude and inconsiderate tonight. I spent $30 and all I wanted was then to replace the rotten ranch dressing containers. They gave me and they refused to answer the door or the drive through window. Despite my my kind requests and polite knocking. I just got completely ignored and dirty looks. It's not the first time it's every time I come here. It really is a disappointment, yeah, and
I wish there was another Carl's Jr. that stayed open this late in this area. But unfortunately, this is one of the only places to eat at this hour, and I just get off work. Just before they're they close. So I have no other option if I want something to eat. And I've got nothing at home or I'm too tired to cook. This is my only option totally stinks.So anyway, just give me my opinion

Carl's Jr has been a favorite of mine above all of the other fast food choices. Today was hands down, the worst experience. I ordered the biscuit and gravy breakfast meal, drink choice was coffee. I took the cup over to the pump station and found coffee was empty. I took cup back to the counter and flagged the young lady down and she poured the coffee from the back, that part was fine. I go back to coffee station and found that there was no creamer either. I went back to the counter, and explained to her that there was no creamer, so she explained to me that they had no creamer at all. Had I known that when I was ordering, I would have opted for the orange juice. I got done with my breakfast and went to throw out my garbage, and I put my napkins in my pocket, went to use the restroom only to find out that there was no toilet paper either. The funny thing about that situation is that you never find out that until you're done with your business, luckily I had napkins with me. I just don't understand why people aren't looking over their restaurant better to ensure customers a better experience.

This review is long overdue. I've eaten here many times and received excellent service each and every time. Alex is a pleasure and guides his team well. You can tell the staff get along well and when not engaged with customers, they exude a friendly comradery with one another.

I’ve never before written a review for a fast food restaurant but am doing so now solely because of the guy working the drive thru this morning 10/06/24 at 7:30 am. Both my partner and I were so impressed by his superb customer service and excellent food. He was hands down the kindest, friendliest person I’ve ever encountered in a drive-thru. We wanted to give him a tip (unfortunately had no cash), but never have had that desire in a drive-thru either! Just hope he’s getting the recognition he deserves. Thanks for making our morning!
