I live in Klamath Falls and was looking for a good Chinese spot around the area. There was none. So, I decided to go to Medford and try Chen’s because I heard it was good. This place did not disappoint, I was getting sick and tired of trying mid General Tso’s chicken from other Chinese places for over $15 but a lunch plate from Chen’s was only $12 and it was REALLY GOOD. The general Tso chicken sauce wasn’t overpowering with sweetness or spiciness it was THE perfect mix between the two, the egg fried rice was solid, and the Crab Puffs was also amazing! Will definitely come back again and totally recommend it!

Me and my wife went in and had their soup, my wife found 2 pieces of hair in her soup and the waitresses tried to say she saw my wife, put it in her soup and they still made me pay full price, and we didn't even eat it all my wife, maybe had 2 bites of hers.

We are so happy to have discovered Chen’s Family Dish. My husband and I both agree it is very good local Chinese food! The service is great. The only reason why I dinged it by one star is because they use a rolling cart around to bring the food to tables and take dishes away. So that takes away a bit from the dining experience. Other than that, it’s actually quite good!

There were 10 of us. We decided to go with a family style menu that included: Fresh broccoli with beef, Mongolian beef, General tsos chicken, Sweet and sour pork, Double mushroom tofu, Singapore rice noodle with chicken, Lo mein with tofu, Pork fried rice, and crab puffs. There was plenty of food for everyone and it was all so good it was hard to stop eating (while I was commenting on how full I was, someone asked if they should roll me out, I ate so much). The waitress was great taking such a large order without skipping a beat, and the food and beverages were delivered quickly. I will most definitely be going back.

This is by far the best Chinese food in the valley! Everything is fresh, the veggies are crisp and the taste is spot on. This is our new favorite spot. We will only be ordering from Chens from now on.

We've never been here before and we're looking for a good Chinese place to eat. Appetizers (spring rolls) were not good. Costco has frozen spring rolls that are better. The main meal was good made with fresh ingredients but I feel missed the mark for authentic Chinese food. I'd recommend Panda Express over this place.
