Have been a loyal customer for some time. I ordered several beef pho to go and one of them included tendon instead of beef balls, which I had requested. They took it back and "fixed" it by taking away the tendon and adding a HALF of a beef ball. After I got home, I realized this and called them. No ability to refund but they said they would give me 5 beef balls next time.EDIT: the owner called and texted me with an apology. I did explain that we asked for several ingredients to be removed from the pho to avoid food waste, and that it's a special treat for our family.

First time here! Super clean and modern inside, staff was friendly & helpful.The food came out fast, steaming hot. We got the general tso chicken which was the best we’ve had in a long time! Fresh and delicious! Also the chow mein with pork, the veggies were perfectly steamed, also the best we’ve had in a long time! Absolutely would recommend trying this gem out & we will be back!!!

Super clean, INCREDIBLY friendly staff, and food was fresh and hot. The lady that served us (and every table seated) was so kind and very hard working. Our server was very nice and attentive. The other two employees in the place were rude, ignored me when I was asking where the restroom was. They were looking at something on the phone and laughing. Luckily my server came up at that time and showed me where to go. Will not be back. We were the only people in the place...hmmm ?
