My children and I came here for lunch on a very busy day while out Christmas shopping. As always the food did not disappoint. But the service was above and beyond. In particular, a staff member named Heather was floating through the busy lobby, cleaning up tables, checking in on guests and had the most hospitable attitude. She made the whole experience so pleasant!

I ordered my food and the price was good, but it took 2 hours for my food to get there. And my food was cold my chicken wasn't even there. I saw the delivery driver eating it.
Food was good, but not stupendous. Very busy at 1:45 and crowded, but staff was quick to tidy and keep things flowing smoothly.

After getting cold breakfast sandwiches several times, the manager literally told me there sandwiches are always hot. I have not been back there since. The last chicken sandwich i had from this location had no breading on one side. I should have taken a pic of the sandwich.
