So I expect my nuggets like nuggets not like charcoal its pretty expensive to not get what we paid for not very satisfied. Everything else is good but the nuggets were not just mine but my girlfriends nuggets were dark like they were burnt very disappointed.

Place is great. Clean and peaceful but food on the other hand chicken strips are chicken nuggets and sweet. Strange sweet barbecue sauce is brown sugar but overall pretty good.

If you haven’t been to Chick-fil-A you probably don’t have one in your area. It’s good, the service is always great and polite. This one in particular has a small kids playing area which is great for my children. The menu is small, which I appreciate but if you don’t like chicken sandwiches then you will not be happy. Definitely worth trying to see if you like it! Their chicken biscuit is the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had.

If I could give 20 stars for service, they got it. The gentleman working the dining area was on top of it. Filling drinks, cleaning table, and so friendly. Oh and our chicken was tasty to. Side note not busy at all, my local chick fil a in Redding is always a mad house, this place was not.
Standing at the front counter for 10 mins before even being acknowledged is unacceptable.

They gave me the completely wrong order. Then didn’t have the decency to replace it or refund it when I called. I even requested a refund and they said I’d have to wait for the restaurant’s manager to reach out. Which I never received an email or a call back. It was disappointing. The food was soggy. I actually called the corporate number listed on google. They were super rude. I used to love chick fil la. Not anymore.
Nathen was the best, customer service was out of this world. He upsold me to a meal and match my vibe perfectly, he’s got the jokes big time. Praise be to Nathen.
