Loved this place when I lived in Ohio, it is not quite the same here but for fast food it is yummy.

Giving this place 2 stars only because my chicken burrito still tasted good even though they ran out of steak, lettuce and guacamole. Crew is very rude. They messed up the order of the customer before me and the crew member kept rolling her eyes and had a smirk on her face. Another customer informed the cashier that they are out of forks, his reply was "there's spoons". Really? When it was our turn, she didn't make any attempt to strain the beans and pico de gallo, so my burrito was leaking. Also, the tables are grimy and the floors are dirty. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been.

ordered off the mobile app for a quick and easy experience and they messed up not only the burrito bowl, forgetting to put ingredients in, and my boyfriends burrito, specifically put no lettuce and salsa on the side and they put the lettuce in and gave the wrong salsa.

Should be zero stars but they don't allow that. Restaurant was filthy. Floor was soaked out of almost everything or so they said. Asked for lettuce said they were out then 2 customers later they brought it out. We would have waited . Horrible service and cold food.

I have enjoyed Chipotle for many years, but today 05/23/22 was the best ever! Whoever is cooking definitely improved on the already delicious recipes. My whole family are so glad that you came to Medford.

Guess I should've known something was up here because there was no line at 12:20pm on a Tuesday. The whole restaurant is filthy, including behind the counter which I have never experienced at a Chipotle. They only had dried up chicken as the meat and were out of salad and taco shells. Then out of utensils and just throwing the food around like they don't care. It sure why this is happening at this location but it should be avoided until they fix whatever's screwed up.

I gave 2 stars because the food was good. But the service was definitely not. I ordered online and only had to wait a minute for my food so that was good. However I didn't receive my cup for the drink I ordered so I asked for one. The girl seemed annoyed i asked and she gave me a dirty looked and said rudely "uh, yea. Look in the bag. It should be at the top." As if I was supposed to know that? I looked and no cup. She rolled her eyes and said " ugh ok" and shoved the cup towards me. I said thanks and she walked away without another word. I know it's not the best job in the world but cmon, at least some reasonable kindness.
Be absolutely certain that you check your bag before leaving with a TO GO order. Two times, I picked up food and only part of my order was in the bag. Also, incorrect items were in the bag that at I did not order! Manager was very little help!

I was in on Saturday evening April 30th, worst customer service I ever had. There was only one younger girl running the front. I understand they’re understaffed. But she offered no alternative when she said they’re out of certain vegetables and meat and even white rice!

Terrible Chipotle location. Every time I've been here, they're out of SEVERAL items, always at least one meat and veggies. Yesterday it was chicken, carnitas, sofritas, veggies, and FORKS. But they don't tell you they're out of veggies and forks until you ask for them, for your burrito bowl! It's already irritating trying to eat here on keto/low carb when you don't get rice or beans and sub veggies, but they never have veggies available, and then also have to pay extra for more meat and queso. Definitely not worth $13+. This location is always dirty, as well. They had at least 6 people working yesterday and we were in line for 15 minutes behind just 4 people and the store was gross. Not going back.

One star because the door wasn't locked! We were visiting family in Medford. Went into Chipotle to pick up lunch for the group. One order was without beans and rice which would be meat, lettuce, veggies, cheese , Glock and sour cream. We were told no veggies because the employee who cuts up veggies didn't show up for work! What? No one else can cut veggies. Left and went to chick fil a.Where is the manager of this establishment.
