The nice little old lady they had running the cash draw was so sweet and amazing it so nice to see that at a place my only complaint is there menu is almost to simplified and makes it a bit confusing on what to order

My pickup order was late and the staff member was not only dismissive of my concerns, but she rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath. I had only explained that I was on s sorry break from work and might not be able to get back in time if it took longer. They did make it then, but it was still late. Because of this, I was not able to eat on my break and when I could hours later, it was cold and soggy. Nothing was offered to compensate, other than disdain. Unlikely to rely on them like that again.

I bough my daughter a veggie burrito she DOES NOT eat meat there was chicken in the veggie burrito as buy it from DoorDash order

I don't care for the music and how loud it is. Apparently this is a place for younger people, and not seniors.
Kid-friendliness: Ok for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door, but inside tables are very close together, so a bit challenging for wheelchairs.
Food was great as per usual but they were out of steak when I was there! Also they scraped me the very last of their guac which was maybe 1/3 of their normal portion size for this. Hope they realize some of us take guac and sour cream very seriously.
I really like the chicken bowl, the corn salsa, the rice, and the whole thing combined. It is delicious. For an unknown reason it is not as good as in Cincinnati in 2014, but it is great. I just don't have the same sad feeling half way through that I used to have knowing the dish would soon be gone.

Ordered online. My order was wrong. Got a bowl instead of a burrito. I didn’t discover this till I got home and I didn’t want to go back. Messaged the online chat bot. Chat bot said it would give me a burrito’s worth of points towards a new one. I open up my Chipotle “wallet” and discover I have just over 1,000 points that I can redeem. Then I look to discover that a burrito requires 1,600 points. Then the chat bot states this issue has been resolved.
The people who work here are awesome. Mistakes happen. But this chat bot is flipping bull crap.

I had to leave without ordering after watching staff brush food from the counter back into the serving dishes. Service was very slow, with multiple staff standing around talking in the kitchen area.
