Editing two months later: this location has gone even further downhill. My husband, me and my two year old come here consistently about 1-2 times per week. We’ve ceased use of Chipotlane and have complained about orders being messed up every single time to the app, filed complaints and even let them know in person and they don’t care. Going back through my app, I’ve spent over $50 in extras or food that I haven’t ever gotten with no refund or remedy. As of the edit of this in Aug 2025, it seems they’ve got the slowest, rudest and most confused employees they could get. There’s only a couple of familiar friendly faces we’ve seen over the last couple years that are left. There’s obvious tension in their team and you can feel it oozing into the work they’re doing and it makes the entire experience extremely uncomfortable to watch. We watched a new employee be glared at, eyes rolled at and get bowls taken directly out of his hands by a girl working the line with him. We have decided not to return to this location as much as we love the food and used to love the experience.

You ever pull up to the Chipotlane window and know just by the person working that your bowl is gonna be the tiniest portion ever and it’s gonna be missing stuff? Me too. This location is consistently terrible at reading extra meat or rice or remembering utensils or side items. I have literally driven back home 35 miles and was given a tortilla instead of a quesadilla. It’s so bad, the chat won’t let me complain anymore.

I got a Chipotle Burrito Bowl today and I found a MOTH in my food. This is absolutely disgusting. No one is getting back to my messages in regards to this. I will NEVER eat here again. I want a refund and this place needs a serious inspection.

Small portions of food for the price, usually chiplotes do a spoon full of each ingredient this place was doing half spoon. Food didnt taste good. The employees were very confused about everything it was odd. Not sure what was going on there. I suggest you find another chiplote or skip it.

That was the freshest and best Chipotle burrito I ever had. Went at 1045AM so maybe that was it. But coming from SoCal, it was so clean and employees seemed happy and chill, unlike where I live.

We order chipotle often at work. At least twice a week, the last few times the food has been poor quality and VERY small portions. Last week we ordered again, came through the chipotle lane, and was given a wrong order. Got back to work and found the order was wrong, had to turn around and drive back to get the right order. I got back to work and opened up my bowl to see about 2 pieces of steak and few scraps of lettuce. (How that left the kitchen blows my mind). So I drive back down to show them I was greeted at the counter by a very snide young women who looked at it and then asked what the problem was. I was shocked.😮 I young man from the back came up and remade it for me while the girl at the counter went back and started yelling at him to not remake it cause my receipt said it was made at 12:50 it was now about 1:30 because I had to go back a few times because apparently making food and giving it to the wrong person was my fault. I will NEVER got back to chipotle! This company is a joke and the manager doesn’t seem to care I have gone in before with issues at this location and there is NEVER a manager I can talk to. Save your money and go to a REAL restaurant. 3.1 stars on google should have been a clue. Joke of a restaurant. Do better!

The drive thru is a pick up only. No sign stating this and a very small parking lot. We were excited to see the new location with the drive thru. How disappointing.

Chipotle will rue the day they denied me guac !

I was informed that they were out of veggies AND beans. Oks I said. Not a big deal. How's about you add some guac for free because your burrito is malnutritient to the burritos I've come to know and love. How's a man supposed to sustain himself. They had the gall to ask for more monies just so they can add a touch of hope to the destitution confined within that stretchy floured tortilla.

The fact that the barrels were flowing over with trash did not add a serene background to the hamshackling that was being dealt to me.

The kids working there were nice enough.
