I went to this restaurant on 3/10. They had no beans, how is it that a Mexican restaurant doesn’t have beans. What you couldn’t have sent an associate to the nearest store and bought some????
Not only that, the salad that I was given was the dregs at the bottom of the container.
I spent over $12 on a meal that was not eatable. I had 6 bites and threw it away.
The meat was over seasoned and the service was awful and everyone of the employees acted like they didn’t care that there was a line and only one person serving when everyone else was chitchatting with each other.
I will NEVER go to this chipotle again and probably not to any other chipotle again.
Meat was dry, could hardly hear the server. Otherwise great.

Was able to feed a mouse with the portion of food they gave me…It’s actually criminal that we pay over 14 dollars per meal and get served portions like this…Absolutely pathetic.

Just wondering why you run out of forks with 4 hours left till closing and not send someone to the store 🤔 we wanted to eat there but not without a fork plus nobody was cleaning lobby and all the tables were dirty, just a little disappointed 😕
My husband & I LOVE Chipotle, so our most recent visit was Very Disappointing! For my burrito, I got the last of the sofritas and corn in the containers, which I am ok with, but they were in such a hurry, I got all the juice too. My burrito was very disappointing , messy & cold. Then my husband was next to order. He wanted the same as me. They didn't have any more sofritas cooking, so we had to wait about 15 minutes & get back in the long line to order. The floors in the kitchen were disgusting (food all over them), the drink station had ice all over, including the floor (accident waiting to happen) tables needed to be wiped down & one of their tortilla warmers was missing (I'm guessing broken, so the employee had to go to the take out side to warm tortillas).
We will go back again, cause like I said they are usually yummy. I just hope corporate reads this so things can be corrected.

This location needs help. Line out the door. Only one person helping. Nothing on the grill going so how is it fresh? Also the dinning area was not clean. Chairs and tables array.

Incredibly slow. Very off-putting customer service. Completely filthy. The employees were just standing behind the counter talking while there was a line nearly out the door.

a poorly hand written sign doesn’t make customers feel great about using the drive thru when there’s absolutely no reason the lobby shouldn’t be open. ridiculous.

Came here twice. First time was alright but the service awful. Didn't ask if I wanted a drink chips and didn't offer guac. Took forever to get me ringed up. Second time they gave me the wrong protien, burrito was so poorly wrapped I couldn't eat it, didn't have black beans, and they were only taking cash. Honestly the service is just awful

I am so frustrated with this chipotle location I have never had such a bad experience with chipotle. Today I had my online order cancelled for the 3rd time writhing the last few months, and on top of that the dining room was closed without a reason for at least a month so the only option was to order online. On top of that there is a male manger/worker I’m not sure what his name is who likes to yell at and be verbally abusive to his female workers. I will not be going here ever again and this place should feel embarrassed.
Sooooooo, I'm not a review writer AT ALL, but this one pissed me off, so here I am🥳🥳. Where do I even start... First, I walk into Chipotle because I was hungry and needed to grab a gift card, there was a line halfway to the door, which isn't the problem. The problem was the way they were handling it. I waited at least ten minutes to even get up to the front of the line where I could actually order. Just a minute before this the guy in front of me who was ordering looked back at me and said "good luck." He said this because he had to keep telling the kid making the food what he wanted, and in return he kept saying "sorry what was it with the taco again." So, after witnessing this, it was finally my turn to order, I order a burrito and this kid says"I guess white rice will have to do for ya." I didn't really mind, and went on with the rest of my order. But then, he kept on asking "is that everything" after EVERY SINGLE ITEM I wanted in my burrito. The manager walks over to some lettuce and sour cream on the counter and says "Alright Ethan I don't want any more messes" and sweeps up the mess and then walks away (also, I can't remember if the kid making the food's name was Evan or Ethan). And right after this the person rolling my burrito starts struggling because he rolled it into a ball. Like what, are you not teaching your trainees how to roll a burrito, or more importantly hire the right people? This kid was so shy and just wanted to end my order at a rice burrito. And instead of helping the kid roll my burrito, this dumb manager with dark hair and glasses just stands at the register on his phone as his trainee rolls a tortilla into a ball. I reroll it later bc somebody doesn't know how😒. I finally got to the register and the manager rung me up for my gift card and burrito and he forgot napkins and my receipt. In summary, CHIPOTLE STAFF: get a hold of your trainees and fire Evan/Ethan, also your tables were nasty and there was ice overflowing in the fountain onto the ground and maybe idk, HAVE QUALITY FOOD, that jawn was greasier than a sewer rats fur bruh.

Took an hour after we order online shitty customer service I called them to see if they could keep my food warm and not asnwer very poorly put toghther program
What just happened? While everyone is complaining about their food not being up to par, we just got screamed at and told to get out of the Chipotle restaurant because they are only doing online orders because they are short on staff. The guy was TERRIBLE! Who yells at people for coming into Chipotle?. My boyfriend told the worker he didn’t need to yell at us and the guy responded with, “I want to make sure you can hear.” SO WEIRD. He had glasses and dark brown hair. This individual should be fired! Horrendous! The individual was so delusional he accused us customers of “sneaking in.” This happened around 2:20pm. Please watch the cameras and deal with this employee. I will be calling corporate.
