Filthy!!!!! Absolutely dirty in the kitchen and on the line. Every single employee wasn’t friendly and didn’t want to be working that day. I’ll never go back it was so dirty!

DO NOT use the online ordering system. We submitted an order for a specific time, but the app processed it for a completely DIFFERENT, much later time. We were unable to pick up at the new time, and staff were unable to fix the issue. No refund either.

We also offered to stand in line, get an identical order, and have the staff cancel our (wrong time) order, which they could have easily done. But they were totally unwilling to do that.

Note that Chipotle is responding to all the complaints here: their useless link below sends you to a non-working chat bot. There's no way to contact anyone.

Long story short every time I go to this chipotle, they are out of something or just don’t have something that I want and the workers are never inviting and seem like they dread being there serving portions are never consistent some employees give you way more than others While some will give you less than they are supposed to. Being honest, I’ve never had a great experience at this location and I am so glad that we finally got one in grants pass. That is much better than this location.

Poor and frustrating service begins before you walk in the door. Parking is tight and has a lot of opportunity for fender benders with cars entering and exiting the drive-through lane while others are parking.

We never use the drive through, because the orders are not completed in a timely or predicable time frame. So, even if we are wanting to get through fast, we go in and navigate the parking.

When entering, or any time inside, the restrooms have a code. To receive the code, one must interrupt the cashier to ask. It’s usually a process.

When ordering, this visit and on prior visits, there were no hard shell tacos. I was offered to wait for them to be cooked. Usually, it isn’t a long wait, however, they are out of them often.

As we proceed through the order. I ask for a side of chips. Chips are out of stock….. and only available for drive through customers. This has been a policy for a while when chipotle is running low on chips. So, we already discussed why drive through doesn’t work. So we skip it and sit down. We proceed to order chips on the app to go and get them off the to-go shelf, since that fits the allowable workflow.

Ultimately the price is $40-50 for 4 people, so really not a good value for some tacos or a bowl. Other taco shops in Medford have tacos for $1.25 each.

Value versus hassle. We are done navigating this system for a few tacos or a bowl or burrito.

Food is amazing, the portion of food I got for what I paid was horrible. Been here a few times and never have I seen my bowl look this sad🤔!! They do have some amazing employees but last night was a bad experience.

Do not go here anytime at night. Have been here several times and been fine. But picked up and order at 830 tonight. What a joke. My wife order a bowl that was only have full compared to usual I ordered a chicken burrito that was 99% rice, 6 little pieces of chicken and some beans. Only realized this after a couple bites of nothing but rice.

Ordered a kids make your own meal and this is what I got, there wasn't even any tortillas.

We've eaten here once before and didn't have a negative experience, but this time we did. It was a weekday around 3pm, so not a busy time at all.

1) As soon as I stepped inside I saw that the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor.
2) The kid that made our food barely gave me any meat in my burrito. I can't have beans so I ask for more meat instead and I got 1/2c at most. So I paid $11 for a small burrito.
3) The rice was old and mushy.
4) Lemonades were empty.
5) Spilled drink all over the floor and counter by the soda fountain.

It was disgusting and disappointing.

This place has gone down hill. Their rice was way over cooked - to the point even the staff member said something about it looking gross. When I agreed and asked for different rice, they said that's all they had. They were also out of veggies and steak too and didn't offer to make more which every other chipotle I've gone to they've offered or ensured they don't run out of things. The staff were also visibly mocking me as I was ordering which felt uncomfortable. Disappointing overall.

Ordered a vegetarian salad got a bowl of rice meat and sauce and cheese that looks like noodles. I can't eat this and even if I could I wouldn't want to. It looks disgusting and thrown together.
