I waited five years. I kept telling my wife we should go to Sicily’s and try it. Well I’m here to tell you. I was a big mistake. The bread was stale. The bread had no taste ,The food was bland no seasoning at all no salt no pepper no nothing no garlic or nothing like that, I ordered the chicken Parm ,the food is really bland. I will never go there again and did not seem like Italian food. I mean seriously Olive Garden sounds a hell of a lot better than Sicily’s. The waitress was a nice lady though oh I forgot to mention the kid that service our food had his hat on backwards. He was dressed inappropriate, unbelievable.

If you enjoy great Italian food then you will love Cicily’s. Highly recommend the rosemary lemonade and the house basil dressing on a salad! The staff are always on point and will make you feel like family which you rarely see anymore.

My daughter took me to this wonderful restaurant. Service and our meals were outstanding. Plan on returning to Medford in two weeks and will definitely be eating here then.

I love this place. My favorite itialian restaurant in the Rogue Valley. I almost always get the chicken fucili pasta, I always love it. The service today though was phenomenal, everyone was so pleasant and professional.

The food was delicious as usual. Our server, Stella Y, was the best server we've had in a long time. She helped out with an allergy problem that my daughter has (parsley allergy). Thank you, Stella! As for the dinner, the Tri-tip with paparadelle was fabulous. The tri-tip was cooked to perfection (rare), as were the noodles. And how can you beat the calamari! Once again, cooked to perfection (their calamari is never rubbery)! You must try the house basil vinegarette. It was my wife's 50th birthday and Cicily's help it be a good one.

Waited for 40+ minutes for our meal and was really unsatisfied with the chicken Parmesan. Im providing the review so that feedback can provide a better experience for the next guest. Chicken was mushy and slice of cheesecake looked like leftovers, size of slice was small and not something I would order again (I love sweets so this is a hard one) or want more of. Water glass was not washed, with lipstick still on the rim.

This is my first time leaving a review but I really thought I should…. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I was in Medford for work for 5 nights and ended up eating there every night. If I ever get back that way I will definitely be back I would highly

The food was good, but it isn't the best in the valley for Italian anymore. Maybe it was when you originally won that title. The servicer we had was amazing, very attentive and extremely nice!! We can't remember her name(sorry), but she did have dreads in her hair, if that helps any. But the person that that brought us our food was wearing sweat pants, not too professional looking for best in valley. But overall, we had a nice time.

Food was pretty good. We waited for what seemed like an eternity for our drinks and food. The wait staff were great. We just wished things moved a little faster. To be fair it wasn't

We were seated outside by a young man and provided menus, cutlery and side plates because all the indoor seating was occupied/reserved.After 13 minutes a waitress came out to ask about drinks.  We ordered 1 drink, 1 appetizer and 2 mains.11 minutes later the drink arrives. I asked for a vanilla Italian soda with no cream or whipped cream. It arrived with both.No salt, pepper or other seasonings were ever provided or mentioned. Nor was the liquor menu.4 minutes later the risotto fritters appetizer arrived. They were bland, overfried and served on a soup of cold sauce which made them mushy.6 minutes later the side salads from our mains arrived. Very plain and basic but good ranch dressing.5 minutes later someone came to refill our waters11 minutes later our mains arrived. My wifes tri-tip was cut too early by the chef and bled all over the sauce. She asked for rare.  It arrived medium and didn't taste right. The pappardele and gorgonzola cream sauce were OK.My flat iron was asked for medium rare. Arrived well done and was also sliced by the kitchen. My risotto was overcooked, dry, mushy cheese rice with a sweet taste. The vegetables were crunchy and very unevenly cut.7 minutes later the girl who refilled our waters was sent out to check on us again.7 minutes later the waitress checked on us and we had her take both our plates away with 2 bites taken out of everything on both plates. She asked if we wanted it packed up to go. We declined. She promptly returned with the bill without asking if there had been anything wrong with the food.8 minutes later she returned and ran the card.Update: In the hours since leaving, my wife has been quite ill.
