Sticky table and floor, overpriced iced cream for a gimmick. Taste is okay but definitely not worth it.
Fast service, friendly faces, and delicious ice cream!! Also, clean restroom and main lobby!!
They charged my mom $1 for not even a whole bite of marshmallow fluff for her ice cream. Not worth it. A whole jar of it is $1 at the store. Sorry.
Overpriced ice cream! Business must be slow after moving store location away from the theater. Their prices are insane!
Excellent ice cream.
My favorite icecream. So delicious!
I waited in line for about 45 minutes before I just left. The line barely moved in the time I was there and I didn’t have that much time to wait for ice cream. I was super disappointed. There definitely needs to be more people working and they need to speed it up. People shouldn’t be taking breaks during a rush if they’re so busy that they have a line out the door leaving just two people in there.
Stopped in on a warm day. Welcomed warmly and offered samples right away. Employee took my allergy concern seriously and ensured my ice cream would be mixed safely. 10/10 recommend!
Recently walked in because I had a craving. Then, after waiting in line for sometime, I glanced up at the menu and noticed the prices have increased. Coldstones was already pretty expensive but now the ‘like it’ size ice cream is 6.70. I was sad to do it but I turned around and walked out empty handed. My guess is coldstones is not doing well now since relocating away from the movie theater. Bummer.
Deliciously rich ice cream. Marilee knew everything about the products and was very friendly and helpful!

If you have never tried Cold Stone creamery you are really missing out. I don't know where to begin. I don't know if it's still is but I think it is right next to the big Tinseltown movie theater. When me and my ex-girlfriend used to go to the movies there we would go into the Cold Stone creamery and get an ice cream in anything that could fit in her purse. You know a cup or a waffle cone whatever could fit. And we would pay for the movie and sneak it in. It was that important to have that in hand to watch a movie. The stuff is addicting. When you walk up to the shelf to order, they ask you what kind of ice cream you want first off and usually I got the strawberry ice cream and next to where all the ice creams are in the freezer thing that they lift up there are big metal cups that are filled with things like cheesecake chunks, m&m's , Reese's peanut butter cups broken up, Reese's pieces, strawberries, raspberries, I mean everything that you would ever need or want on a desert are in these cups. So she takes your ice cream out of the container and puts it on this Frozen slab of marble Stone. That is where she mixes your ingredients in with the ice cream with two metal stainless steel spatulas Frozen. She mixes it in all amazingly, just watching them do it is a treat for me. After that, how she got that much stuff stuffed into a waffle cone a big darn waffle cone without breaking it always amazed me. But what you have at the end I swear to you you've never had before. I don't care where you're from I don't care what you've had this is something different. Please if you are near this area please try this place it might not be the cheapest but I always say quality over quantity. But the thing about this place it's quantity and quality, you get a lot with one waffle cone. It's overflowing out of this thing. So bring your spouse or your boyfriend or girlfriend and just get one big waffle cone and share it. Sit outside as the sun's going down and share it with each other you and your loved one. Just little things like that will help your relationship grow stronger. When you're together it's not just about the big things that happen in your life. it's mostly about the small things the everyday things. To me the small things are the most important besides having a baby and getting married obviously. Opening a door for her. If she has something on her mouth grab your napkin and clean it off for her. Hold her hand like you used to when you were younger. when does that go away and why? I don't know about everybody else but when I'm in love or think I'm in love I'm proud to have her next to me. I'm giddy like a child. I want everybody in the world to know that this is her this is the one that I love. So show her, show him. Do something small that means a lot. Like taking him or her out to get ice cream and watch the sunset. Hold her hand as you're walking her to the door of the car and open the door for her. Maybe if we show each other more respect the rest of the world will see that and emulate it.
Vegetarian options: Everything there consists of sweets. It's an ice cream dessert bar. There's nothing there that would be constituted as non-vegetarian. Everything is vegetarian there. Now vegan that's a different story because milk is what makes ice cream and that wouldn't be considered vegan. But vegetarian, yes. There's no meet there. Pretty much there's only milk fat, sugar, chocolate, caramel, and anything else you can think of that would or could go on a ice cream dessert. Think of it like this and this is what I usually get my bass ice cream is birthday cake. I would have the person put in big chunks of cheesecake and heaping spoons of strawberry that's like a liquidy strawberry chunk amazement. She would mix it up with the metal spoons adding other things that I tell her while she's doing so. you get a certain amount of additives for the price that yo

Arrived there to get ice cream just to find out they're closed for good and they're moving locations. If it says open....it's really not. You guys should update your info on here

I got the cake batter and cookie dough. I could not taste a difference between the two, nor was there any cookie dough in my "cookie dough". Also, I needed to use the restroom but the code did not work for either room, even though an emplyee had just exited one of them. Really?

We came in before 9 pm and they refused to helped us. When it was our turn to order they told us they were closed. They claimed that the doors were locked however, they were not. Terrible service and extremely rude personnel. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office.
