I used to love coming here. Not so much anymore. The food was awful tonight. The pizza ovens weren't on because of the heat? It was 7:30pm and 75° out.
I ordered a lettuce wrapped Block Burger instead. It came out on a bed of wilted shredded lettuce and 2 wilted leaves.
Absolutely NOT worth the $14 price tag.
The service has been lacking here for a long time, but I chose to overlook it because I liked the food. Now, bad food and bad service? No thank you.
The deep fried brussel sprouts were served as greasy black balls in a bowl that didnt appear clean.
The fish and chips were greasy, and tasted and smelled SUPER FISHY!. Super disappointed in the food. All the staff could be heard talking about the chef had only been there a month. Wont be back. It was awful.
we stopped by the Medford location on Sat afternoon and couldn't even get a beer. what a joke. Outside was a third full of patrons and it was going to be a 45 min wait because " they don't have enough staff". You basically serve yourself out there. Won't be back
