These are not worth it. The snickerdoodle we got was mushy in the middle. Not just cakey soft, but wet and mushy. The other cookies were rock hard. I would really like my money back. What a waste of $20.

Man I had high hopes for this place, when I heard they were coming to medford I excited, it was nice getting another cookie option than crmbl cookie, we've tried it on 3 different occasions both my wife and son were disappointed as well, the cookies dont taste fresh, its taste as if its prebaked and just warmed up in the oven . I gave atmosphere and service 5 stars though I dig the novelty urban take, from the slogans, the items og the menu and most of all the murals and pictures on the walls.

SO gross. These were super raw in the middle, but hard on the outside. Two of the people who ate them got sick after. Would never recommend these. Also very overpriced.

My brother & I tried these for the first time tonight and for those who really dislike Crumbl don’t even bother this place. The cookies were stale feeling on the outside and totally undercooked in the middle. The strawberry cheesecake cookie is so sweet I was crunching on sugar throughout the cookie. I love sweets but definitely not for us

Edit - took away a star because this place doesn't awnser their phone in response to customer service issues. Note to the wise; save your money or go to Crumbl Cookie instead.

I'm sorry to have to leave a review like this, but this place was disgusting. I went here because Crumbl cookie was sold out and not only did it cost more than Crumbl cookie, but the quality was horrible. The cookie edges were solid as a rock and the center taste raw with no flavor - just straight sugar and grease. Quite frankly, they were disgusting. I can not justify the $25 plus tip I paid for a box of cookies that taste below par of what you can find on the grocery store shelves. Very disappointed. I wish I could get my money back.

UPDATE: I am just now recovering from FOOD POISONING since the cookies were literally raw dough. I really wish I could get my money back. DO NOT eat here!

walked in for a pickup order, the guy working went and got my boo of cookies and two drinks. he didn't say a word, he didn't even hand anything to me. he walked around the corner and dropped the box of cookies on the counter then walked back behind the counter. i said thank you and left. the cookies were absolutely HORRIBLE. maybe we got end of day cookies. they were cold and bland and the consistency of play dough. not even edible. wasted $22 plus tip we took a bite of each and threw them away i was insanely disappointed.

My first time trying cookie plug was because a friend had mentioned, cookie plug was better than crumble cookie, and personally after trying for the second time I agree. cookie plug personally has the best cookies in Medford, if you like a crunchy ish outer layer, and a doughy flavorful cookie, cookie plug is the way to go.

I went here, because crumble was closed. I got 4 cookies all of them were oily and flavorless. 2 of them were so underdone they were inedible, the sugar cookie had so many sprinkles coating it that all you could taste was the chalky candy. I love sweets, and will usually eat them even if they aren't great, these 4 cookies were $17, and I threw half of them in the trash. 🫤

Went in last week with my kiddos! We were so excited to finally get to try these cookies. The guy working wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly just awkward silence. We got 4 cookies for 17 dollars and went about our business. My oldest and I took a bite or two, I wouldn’t say they were terrible but definitely not soft or fresh tasting. We were disappointed. I’m giving 2 stars because my youngest did enjoy the chocolate chip cookie.

Love everything about this place. We got a 7 pack. Tried 7 different flavors and they all were soooo good. The snickerdoodle was the best I’ve ever had.
