I've been coming here for sometime and always found the food to be of really high quality. However, last couple times we've been in we've had abysmal customer service. After paying for our items, the cashier placed my order at the very opposite end of the counter where I was, looked at me and refused to hand me the order. She literally stared at me while I had to reach over and pick up my order from her side of the counter. I found this to be very unprofessional and unbecoming of such a highly ranked establishment.

10/10 artisan baked goods. They have both sweet and savory items available and always amazing seasonal offerings (if you're local, sign up for emails to get a list of seasonal baked goods). We love that you can order online ahead of time and set a date and time to pick up. My only knock is that everytime I go in to pick up an order in the morning, the music blasting from the back kitchen does not match the vibe. There's sweet little old ladies, groups of cyclists, and families in the dining room while literally Juvenille "Back That Azz Up" was was on full volume in the back. LOL The time before it was Tupac. I mean. Someone has good taste in 90's hiphop but...

Amazing baked goods goes without saying. Such nice folks! Lovely seating inside and out, so dog friendly (outside). WONDERFUL coffee. Samples at the register and Day Olds if you're there early enough. This place, once enjoyed, will become a regular "treat" destination.
Vegetarian options: Most assuredly real butter. If vegan be aware of that. This is the real deal French bakery.
Excellent bakery cafe. Good place to sit and relax while you drink the coffee and eat the cinnamon roll. They sell delicious cakes as carrots cake, German chocolate cake, and black forest cake. Yummy!

So I went in to pick up some pastries this morning, walked up to the display case, said "Good Morning" to the two clerks and got no response. Could be that they were to busy talking to each other to hear me? After my purchase one clerk asked me if I had said anything earlier when I was at the case. I politely said that I thought that they were just being rude and the clerk explained that they just didn't hear me. That was fine. After leaving a tip I started to leave and as I was getting to the door I overheard one clerk state loud enough for me to hear " so that guy thought we were being rude ! ". Last time I will go there for our treats. With so many other great friendly bakeries in town why go there?

Amazing staff, delectable treats, try everything!! The rhubarb strawberry pastry is lightly sweet and a perfectly flaky pastry! The raisin swirl roll thing was amazing as well! But we literally tried 12 pastries and all were delicious!!
Amazing bakery and a gem to Central Point. Pleasant atmosphere with delicious baked goods. I love the broccoli cheddar quiche and almond croissant.

Whenever we’re in town we make sure to make a pit stop for great food! The almond cake is a yummy dessert, not too sweet but pure bliss. We ate lunch and brought cookies, cake and bread home.
