Nothing like spending $14 on 2 large blizzards than having a hole in your cup and not realizing it till you have a lap full because it's dark . Not to mention one had a Sunday lid on it with cup over full and the other had a soda lid on it ! Also no traditional turn of the cup upside down either, maybe they would have noticed the hole in my cup . Instead they were in cupholder box no recipe and yeah 👍

This is just a terrible place. I've gone here a few times (not a huge fan), but I was in that area. For those few times I've been, they've gotten my order completely wrong..... Ordered a cheeseburger and got toast and chicken tenders... How do you mess that up? At 3 in the afternoon.... I don't suggest you waste your time and money.

They usually have pretty good meal deals there. For instance the mailbox has fried chicken strips and a soda for like 6 bucks. Or you can do the hamburger french fries and soda for about 6 bucks I think it's the $6 meal deal or something like that. They have really good shakes there, blizzards dipped ice cream cones. Etc. Everybody knows that about this place. But their quality hasn't went down it's about the same as it has been so it's a good place to get something quick to snack on when you're busy.
Parking: There is plenty of parking right by the building. Parking is not a problem. Free parking and plenty of it. The dairy Queen is also off of Barnett st has a huge parking lot. It's also connected to a big motel parking lot that you can park in even if for some reason dairy Queens parking lot was full.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Dairy Queen's target audience is for children so they have a lot of animal shaped ice creams and things like that. Ice cream cakes. Etc. I know when I was a kid I loved to go into dairy Queen. It's a fun place for kids. So many possibilities lol.
Wheelchair accessibility: Pretty much every business I've seen in this town is wheelchair accessible.

Two stars and I'm being generous, honestly. Came through and I was the only car in line. I placed my order of 4 piece chicken basket with the queso dip and a medium Carmel Java chip blizzard. The girl at the speaker clearly wasn't paying attention because she asked for my order again after I finished ordering. Should have been my first clue. Pulled up to the window, wasn't greeted by any means, she made no attempt to even care just took my card. Another woman practically threw my order out the window at me, got frustrated with my blizzard lid and didn't even bother to put it on properly before thrusting it and my card at me then closed the window. Come to find out, my order was not right at all. My blizzard was not what I ordered at all. It was a completely different blizzard and one that had nuts in it, causing an allergic reaction. Upon returning, both ladies were on their cell phones, not paying attention andgave me attitude, when they finally acknowledged me,about the blizzard and how the one made it exactly right but gave me the wrong one. Then proceeded to attempt to argue that the blizzard didn't have nuts in it. They finally made the right one for me but jeez. How hard is it to do the job right the first time, especially when there was no one else in line. I will not be returning to this DQ again. This is ridiculous.

Although it’s expensive, we were happy to give it another try. We had 4 meals, and the backyard bacon ranch was extremely ehhh. One tiny onion ring and no sauce, and one of the 3 piece chicken strip meals had only two small dried out pieces of chicken. Service was fast but now I know why 😐🙄 and not being able to download the pics is insane!
I understand frustration of someone being upset. But talking about customers while they can hear you through the window is not okay. I use to work at a different Dairy Queen location. The only reason I was upset was because you didn’t disclose that sauce is a dollar extra when taking my order. Most customers would like to know that before paying. In the economy we are in it’s just a courteous thing instead of up charging and not saying something. Just a piece of advice as most locations will disclose the upcharge for sauce while ordering and I didn’t see the price on the menu. Thank you.

First off girl at the drive through was rude ( not that big of a deal it's fast food I get it) however when i got my food and got home the fries were literally ice cold, the "toast" that came with my chicken basket was hard as a rock basically a prehistoric fossil of bread and the chicken wasnt even warm. Napkins were just crumpled up/ripped and just thrown in the box. Usually not one to complain because it's fast food and I've been on the other side so I get it but like bruh try a little at least. Foods gotta be edible.

Both me and my friend came here at 7:30 July 29, 2024. My banana split was disappointing. It was basically soft serve with some bananas and what looked like a quick spritz of chocolate syrup on one side but at the bottom and maybe three pizzas of pineapple and two pieces of strawberry with some whip cream on top. So basically just soft serve with bananas and whip cream. Not a banana split. My buddy ordered a blizzard and they forgot about him until he reminded them and they weren’t even busy. Then when he got it m, it was more like a milk shake since it was more liquid than something you’d eat with a spoon. Disappointing time out for a snack.

Always friendly staff and have the chicken strip meal deal all day where all the other DQ’s in the area stop at 4pm. Great spot always generous with portions on Ice Cream as well. I always go to the W Main DQ over all the others in the area.

Sadly my food was cold. The bun was hard. With a price of the meal deal increasing to $8, I would think that you should at least get a good hot meal. Very sad. This is the third time at this DQ on West main in Medford, Oregon that the food has been cold or less than edible. Won't go back there again! Would not recommend this place to anyone.
