First off, the service was incredible! Perfect service makes it sad to post this review.
The drinks were weak and not made well. The second drinks were half the size. We weren't trying to get drunk by any means and I wouldn't recommend the Lillys Apricot it was sour and unbalanced. The Espresso martinis were weak and tasted only ok and gave me a headache on the way home. The old fashioned was drinkable. Food was nothing to be impressed by. The duck wings were the best thing we had. Very disproportionate plating. There was about 10 huge on the bone wings in a dripping sauce to eat by hand. Weird for a high end dinner. The Filet was too smoky and flavorless aside from the smoke. The Tri tip was just a small boring roast. The Ahi was too fishy and made tough from the sauce on it. The Creme Brule was not good and the weirdest one we've ever had. We spent over $300 for 3 of us. I wouldn't go here ever again. Huge money grab.

I’ve been meaning to post this review for a while. I went here in October with my girlfriend to celebrate. The food was delicious and amazing, I had one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant. However, they were out of a few of the sides, so we couldn’t get the menu items we originally wanted. Also, they served shoe string potato fries… but ran out of ketchup! I’ve never seen a restaurant run out of ketchup. Additionally our server acted super strange to us, not unfriendly just odd. Overall would recommend, but I guess Decan’t keep their kitchen stocked.

Decant is fine.
My spouse and I have been excited to try it for a few months, we’ve only been in the valley about a year. The service was on point and exactly what you’d expect at the price point.
The food was hit and miss. We loved the beef carpaccio but the crab tartlet was both bland and somehow still overshadowed the crab flavor. My spouse had the lamb and it was well cooked and flavorful. My rainbow trout was wildly overcooked and under seasoned with bland, overcooked veggies. A major disappointment. I was excited to try the panna cotta but it arrived 80% sickly sweet meringue and two small spoonfuls of overset panna cotta.
The mocktails we tried were passable but overall, we expected quality and did not think we got it.
I’m sure if you’ve never left the valley, Decant feels like fine dining. The atmosphere left A LOT to be desired as someone with any amount of fine dining experience.
I think we just expected MORE for the price point, not in quantity but definitely in quality. We will skip this place next time.

Perfect food, great service. The chopped Caesar (topped with delicious salted anchovies) and the creamy, cheesy risotto with perfect mushroom and veggie toppings were magical. You feel as if you are sitting in an inn in the country, being fed a feast fit for royalty. Sorry, no photos, I licked the plate clean.

We will definitely be back. One of the best sit down restaurant experiences I’ve had. Food was amazing. The pork belly and lamb were fantastic. Service was top notch. The wait staff worked so well as a team. Austin was our main waiter. Such an enjoyable person. Very friendly and tact. Atmosphere was very chill and intimate. Cant say enough good things about Decant!!!

Unique beautiful dishes and attentive servers. Truly an experience that is worth the price. You aren’t getting the same dish as other restaurants serve with a twist, you are getting unique works of art that dance in your mouth. Don’t wait, make a reservation and go enjoy the finer moments in life by eating here. Great wine selection as well. Parking is the only tough part but it is wheelchair accessible.

Decant delivers one of the best dining experiences I’ve had locally. The ambiance is elegant yet welcoming and the service is top-tier, knowledgeable, attentive, and never intrusive. We ordered the halibut and the lamb, and both dishes were exceptional. The halibut was perfectly seared, light, and beautifully balanced with bright, thoughtful flavors. The lamb was the standout, tender, rich, and seasoned to perfection with an incredible jus that tied everything together. Every detail felt intentional and the quality was undeniable. If you’re looking for a place that truly elevates fine dining, Decant is it. Worth every bite. Decant live without it.
