As they were making my drink a girl in the stand was wiping down the ceiling as pieces of stuff fell down and in my drink! They are only nice to certain people and overall just horrible service

There is a newer girl here, everyone she makes it. It's off. I stop here daily on my way home from work. I asked for a golden eagle was all milk. I asked for more coffee and was told I had to pay for a extra shot.. whatever, I'll go elsewhere. Southwest coffee makes drinks perfect every time. I know we all make mistakes but cmon make a customer happy.

I hated the new cherry flavor and let the Barnstable stand girl know i went 8/27 about 6 pm and when I let her know she didn't offer to re make it.. she just giggled so now im drinking something i hate and they always offer to re make it in the past when this has happened with has only been like 2 times out of the 100 plus I've been but still. Super disappointed wont be baxk to this stand

This is actually my favorite Dutch Bros location typically but for some reason this time the coffee didn’t quite have the flavor like it usually does but you know things happen. It’s still great. I get a Dutch freeze with a half a shot of hazelnut.

They can’t get a drink right to save their life. I’ve avoided this spot for years because they always messed up something (here and there I totally get, but every single time is a bit wild) I tried them today, just to give them a chance, and they yelled at me bc they got my drink wrong. Hey I get it colors are hard but I know white coffee doesn’t come out looking like chocolate milk.

I got a hot coffee for the first time in a while as I usually get a frozen one, and it was just sadness in a cup $6 for Luke warm milk in the middle, half a cup of fome (I did not get a cappuccino), and coffee and flavoring all at the bottom. There was no rush as I was the only person in line, I ordered a drink right of the menu no special instructions, Apparently anything more then lifting a lever has become to much for their untainted staff. Bottom line it was disgusting.
On February 28, 2025, the barista made our drink incorrectly three times. We ordered a banana nut chai latte, but she first gave us two different coffee drinks instead. On the third attempt, she asked us what we wanted again, but she still made the drink in the wrong size and charged us more. Frustrated with the situation, we paid for the larger size and left.

I just want to take the time to RAVE... About this employee "AJ" Amazing guy he was so outgoing,kind, and so happy he mad my bad day good.. and not to mention the next day and just today he remembered my drink and name and this is what I call customer service .I'm a nurse who takes pride in interacting with people and the small details are to me so very important to me as it shows you care about the people you come into contact with and this to me. People don't realize what affect u can have on some who u spoke with a week ago and asking them about the important things they spoke about that day makes people feel special and cared about. So I will say I love going to Dutch Bros as all there employees are the Bomb but for the past 2 weeks my Favorite will have to be AJ.. he deserves to be recognized for being such a nice and kind person and he's a great employee he should be very proud Dutch Bros... Lots of love for my Dutch Brothers and sisters keep coming back I said the bomb place I won't go anywhere else.

Parking: Amazing people u drive up u don't park to go in.
