If I could give no stars I would!!! Horrible time management and horrible customer service. More worried about dancing around. They obviously need management help cause that was the worst Dutch bro experience I’ve ever had!! 20 mins for one drink and they had five people in there they should have easily been able to handle a line of three people!!! Don’t waste time coming out to take one customer order then go back in they need so much help on time management is literally ridiculous

Absolutely amazing. The people were wonderfully nice with the correct energy needed. The drinks are amazing for a hot or cold day to really get the day started. Every trip I go on needs to start with a Dutch bros frost, lemonade, or green tea. Blended is my favorite!!Dietary restrictions: You can ask them to make your drink any way that you'd like.
In the summertime it's normally always a long line, but they will send somebody out to walk down the line of cars and take orders. This way, as soon as you pull up to pay, your drink is already made and handed to you, and you're on your way out of there. When you see a couple of cars ahead of you, you won't wait long for your drink. If bartenders would use this method, the world will be a much happier place!

The girl charged me for a large blended blackberry lemonade and then said she didn't know how to make it. She was calling and making us wait, so finally I said I didn't want it, can you refund me, she said "oh I haven't put it through. You will not be charged." But I was!!!!!
