literally started adding charges when i asked that my drink be filled to the top. i’ve been getting the same drink for months and have never had any problems. i wish i had taken a picture. it was that ridiculous. grand total is $9.30, $3.00 of that is specifically for them to add foam on top, and they still refused to fill my drink unless i paid EVEN MORE. i always just say “with soft top” and my drink is full. they originally gave me the tiniest amount. so i asked for more, so they changed my total, so i said if i was going to be paying more could i at least have my drink filled to the top, and they told me no, not without paying *even more extra charges *. ridiculous! dutch bros, you are turning cheap. i’ll be taking my business to black rock and starbucks where my drink is filled to the top the first time every time.

A woman with couple of passenger's in front of me took well over 6 minutes to place their order & she had already been speaking with Barista in line, it took WAY TOO long... more chit chat than ordering. Then when leaving woman in car kept stopping in front of me when I was leaving... I didn't do or say anything sitting there waiting for them to place order. It was Rude.
