A woman with couple of passenger's in front of me took well over 6 minutes to place their order & she had already been speaking with Barista in line, it took WAY TOO long... more chit chat than ordering. Then when leaving woman in car kept stopping in front of me when I was leaving... I didn't do or say anything sitting there waiting for them to place order. It was Rude.

Do these folks get training? I don't think so, the young folks working at the Jackson County locations are not treated well. Poor training, poor guidance and heavy turnover. Jackson County, OR locations are franchised. This is not how Dutch Bros founders intended. Speak up, went by this stand, the persons working behind the stand had no AC working, it was HOT...poor quality drink. Go to other coffee companies in the area, the quality and service is so much better.

I visit this location every once in a while but my wife goes here every day on her break. She works just down the street. If there is a line and they see her there they will bring her drink out to her. It's always nice to be recognized at a business. The baristas there are very friendly and efficient. It's the best Dutch Bros in Medford for our money!
Awesome drive up coffee. We went back daily during our stay. The staff made our short time together fun too! After our 3rd morning they even knew our orders.
My husband and I both have been getting coffee from Dutch Bros for a long time now and this is the only time I've ever been not happy with it, if I could leave no stars I would.. We got a kids hot chocolate, a dirty chai and a white chocolate lavender. The dirty chai and the hot chocolate weren't even half full (but completely full of whipped cream) and the "dirty chai" (what little I had in the cup) tasted like burnt regular black coffee. I normally don't do reviews but this was beyond ridiculous! I would've hoped y'all would have better standards than this! I would've said something but didn't really get into them until after we left the parking lot. I paid full price for not even half full drinks... I'm truly sorry to leave a bad review, but I felt this one was truly needing to be left..
I love the Pumpkin Cream Brulee cold brew, the service is always fast snd consistant. Use the app for rewards, they add up.

I won't be back to this location after today's visit. They routinely pay zero attention to the customers, and focus on talking to each other. But on 10/22, I visited and asked for the same drink I get at every stand, medium iced SUGAR FREE, I have to have sugar free as I am diabetic, sugar is very dangerous. He not only spent the entire order time chatting, he didn't even notice that he scanned my app, so he tried to scan again. Forgot that I said iced, so he gave me a hot drink. And then I drove off and started drinking, and I could quickly tell that he gave me a regular sugared drink, as my head started spinning. That's a dangerous mistake for him to have made when there were only 2 cars at the stand, they weren't busy at all. My life is worth more than their mistake, I'll never be back. There are so many better stands in Medford

Baristas are great it wasn't their fault however I had to go elsewhere because their water had too much chlorine in it and it was a little disturbing that they didn't outright deny making my drink they just strongly suggested against it lol

I just went to this stand this evening to order two drinks and the guy working there that rides a motorcycle took FOREVER!!! He was so distracted talking to the other customer at the other window that he messed up my order. One of the drinks I ordered was a caramel pumpkin cold brew and literally all he put in there was the cold brew and the soft top. I pointed it out to him and he offered to put some caramel drizzle on top but I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes for him to fix the drink. Super disappointing when you spend over $10 for coffee and they can’t get the order right AND take 3x as long as they should to make a simple coffee drink. I definitely won’t be going back to this stand.
