I came by Dutch Bros on my birthday while I was pregnant, so I couldn’t have much caffeine and got a decaf chai with whipped cream. One of the many things I love about Dutch Bros is their amazing customer service and how fast they get your order — they did exactly that!
Every time I come in and chat about my day, they often leave messages or notes on my drink lid, which I really appreciate and always enjoy. It’s those little touches that make every visit special.

They had music blasting do loud cashier could not hear us. Was my birthday and told order taker and she still charged us instead of giving ne my birthday drink. Really annoying.

Terrible customer service!!! an employee was bickering back and forth with my mother who usually gets herself an iced coffee, and was convincing her there was no such drink of any kind she had. Out of rage, this employee made her drink with WATER!!! the employee did not have a good manner of communication and the entire time they were making the drink they were trash talking about the order.
