OMG - did you know the Jackson County locations are franchised. That explains the poor service and poor quality drinks, seems like Dutch Bros needs to look closer at this Franchisee. Another location with a poor drink. If you order a freeze blended drink it comes out of a machine. What kind of blended coffee is that. Its worth it to visit other coffee companies offering better quality coffee.

The young gal was very sweet. She did try to upsell to a medium but I caught her and declined. If I hadn't already had my one coffee of the day, that's what I would have ordered.I asked for extra hot since I was driving back to Ashland from Medford and that's what I got - a hot, delicious mocha.They are usually always conversational which is when I tip best. I have been waiting in line for more then 15 mins, and i am the car behind the window. There was no line prior to come here. there is absolutely no reason for the workers to be talking to the car for more than 5 minutes. People got places to be, this is supposed to be a fast service but everytime I come here they take FOREVER! By the time i get my drink it’s already melted bc of how long they talk to people in the window. Speed it up, this isn’t a sit down coffee shop where you can talk the customers ear off.
