This is the best stand in the valley! Customer service is great. Wonderful staff. My drink is always made to perfection. I went to Tucson and discovered Dutch Brothers there. Asked them to make my drink. Got it. First thing that came to my mind was. They need to go to Jacksonville stand for training. . Keep up the fabulous work!!!

We live in Jacksonville and go to this particular Dutch Bros. Today my husband had enough points for a free large coffee. The guy working there put in for a free medium instead and scanned our phone. My husband said wait!.. I asked for a large. The guy said that it's a free medium and if you don't get it.. you'll lose your points. So he paid for a large and got the free medium which was NOT what he asked for at all!! I told the guy that what he did was not right. He made the mistake.. he should've resolved the mistake. The managers fix the problem with a free coffee.. yay!! And things have improved. She is informing new employees what points pay for what. Thanks guys!!

I order a Hot Chocolate Mac Mocha several different times to see if anything has changed for the better, because we live just north of this location. I always received a sweet warm milk drink..not even chocolate. These young people are great..but have not been trained correctly to mix the drinks to Dutch Bros standards. I have contacted them..but no changes over time of the drink l enjoy. When l go to Central Point Front Street Dutch Bros l receive a nice Hot Blended MOCHA drink, wonderful. No matter who is there mixing them. I would like to be able to just go down the street near my home to enjoy a nice blended CHOCOLATE MOCHA.

West main dutch bros is the best! I go there everyday and have been for several years. They are all super nice and know my name and drinks! They take the time to get to know you but aren't rude and don't make customers wait because they are talking to someone for a long time like a lot of other stands I've been to. They've always been super respectful, professional and kind. I've never had a bad experience at the west main stand. And it's very very rare that my drink isn't perfect! I would recommend this stand over all other stands and I've been to a lot of different stands! Then I found west main and found my stand! Lilly is an amazing person! They all are, but Lilly and andrea and Annalise are my 3 favorites!

Drove up and ordered a Carmel apple smoothie, she grabbed my card and said do you want to tip on the card, I don’t like to be asked, having the option on a keypad is fine, once I said I didn’t want to tip she said ok and shut the window, then two people inside the place it took them over 4 minutes to make my drink, I could see them stocking shelves and had no priority in making my drink, I have ordered this from other locations and they add Carmel to the cup and then some on top, I get handed the smoothie and it barely has Carmel on top, I ask for more and she states it’s .30 cents and then states have a nice day, I guess I don’t get the option for Carmel in my apple smoothie.
