My drinks are always just fine. But the baristas aren’t as outgoing as the other stands that I go to. Maybe I’m just biased because I’m used to being greeted with a ton of great energy.
I usually like my coffees blended but thick that way it doesn't melt as fast however, anytime I have requested a coffee to be blended less they never do it. I don't want to rush the employee to make a new one due, to the amount of people waiting but I'm just getting tired of the company's no longer caring about their customers or employees.
Love all the different coffee and drinks that they offer the seasonal drinks are hands down my favorite! I will always support and suggest Dutch Bros! The employees have sat and talked to me when no one was there and I was having a horrible day I'll never forget that kindness.
