When we found out Fatso’s was coming to Portland, we couldn’t find them fast enough! They are so kind and you can tell they truly care about their customers and their craft. Hands down the BEST keto sandwiches I’ve ever had, on a perfectly prepared chaffle. We will keep our eyes open for the next pop-up — you couldn’t keep us away!

First visit and not the last! I had the Chicken Asiago sandwich today which was delicious. The chicken was tender and the sandwich was very flavorful. They use a keto waffle for the sandwich; perfect for dunking in the jalapeño popper soup, which was yummy!
I was happy to get a taste of the chocolate peanut butter bar. All homemade! The chocolate is so smooth and has a good depth of flavor and what can I say, homemade peanut butter? Loved the balance of flavor and not too sweet taste. My favorite kind of treat. Sooo good! One last taste was the lemon tea cake cookie. The cookie, keto and gluten free is light with a soft crumb and a lovely lemon flavor.
And to top it off, the couple that owns the business are so nice! Great customer service!! Thank you very much!

I am so glad that I was recommended Fatsos because the food is amazingly flavorful and high quality for reasonable cost. I also found the owners chef team to be very affable and down to earth. I highly recommend that you try their food immediately and let your taste buds do some dancing. I had the Asiago chicken sandwich and jalapeño popper soup. Also was able to sample some delicious roasted pork and a peanut butter chocolate dessert that is too good. Also! Totally gluten free which is a plus to those with celiac or intolerances.

Ok we have had the sandwiches which are fantastic and now we ordered the Chocolate Cake for Christmas. We COULD NOT WAIT and sampled it when we got home. I hope it makes it to Christmas Dinner. I called the owner John and not only did he make us something special and added dessert he met up with us. We had the best keto lunch and visit with him!
