Employees letting their babies stand on the counter by register!!!

The food took close to twenty to make, the mac and cheese required a few more minutes.
The most alarming part of our visit, was when an employee entered into the back of the house portion of the restaurant with her child in a car seat. The child was placed on an unsecured roll cart that had cleaning supplies readily available for the child to grab. The child was not buckled into the car seat, as evident when they attempted to roll out to retrieve a toy dropped on the floor.
Is this standard practice of the company? Seems very dangerous and neglectful.

First time ever going here. Walked in no greeting but that's cool. Sat at the counter for 10 minutes with a guy sitting directly infront of me. Made eye contact multiple times considering he's 2 feet infront of me. But doesn't say a word, we continue to wait and still not a single word was spoken to us. We left, to Baja and they were great!

We had ate here Sunday 8/17 and the staff didn’t seem to be happy to be there. We were really excited to try something new. However, an hour in after we ate we ended up getting food poisoning. We are really sad and i hope they can improve. We won’t be visiting again sadly.

Great sandwiches but not consistently

Sandwiches are great but this location is slow. Every time I have ordered on line for pick up it is never ready by the time they say. I usually have to wait in the store fri at least 30 minutes for the order to finish. Also the app does not allow me to use stars for my order. Employee today complaining loud enough for entire store to hear about her work hours, very awkward for the other workers and customers. She was practically yelling it out. Hey if you don’t want to work here leave.

The subs were delicious! The servers were professional and kind! The owner was not! She had an offputting scowl on her face the entire time, did not make eye contact with me even though I was three feet from her, bringing her business. She yelled at a server in front of guests which made the entire experience a highly unpleasant one while all the servers were trying to complete their tasks with a very negative air around them. Even the amazing subs are not enough to have me return. Treat your staff better!
