Best fries anywhere 😋 If you want to try a fun burger... order a Bacon cheeseburger with grilled jalapeños, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, A-1 steak sauce, and mayo... this is my absolute favorite combination from 5 Guys !!

I recently visited last week. and purchased a milkshake. While there, I experienced something that made me feel unwelcome as a customer. The general manager spoke to my cashier (who happened to be my server) in a way that discouraged them from engaging with me, even though I was simply placing and paying for an order. This made me feel uncomfortable as a paying customer, and it didn’t reflect the level of service I expect from Five Guys.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because it seemed unprofessional, and I believe all customers should feel welcome when visiting your restaurants. Thank you for taking the time to look into this.

Ordered two burgers and a patty melt with Cajun frys. Got home and took a bit of my patty melt to notice there's no meat. They game me a grilled cheese. So I paid 8.75 for a grilled cheese. When I called the restaurant to tell them and ask for my money back he says I can't give you a refund since you places the order online that I can drive back across town well my kids eat there food to get a new one made correctly. The online order says if there's problems with your food to contact the store directly. I guess not. And to top it off my frys where stone cold i guess they couldn't even give me the freah frya that came out well they made my milk shakes.
I don’t get it. Food is not good and is overpriced. This place has always felt like a phenomenon where people want to pay more than they should for an inferior take on a classic American staple, simply to do something different. Every time I try the food here, I feel like it was a waste of money.
