10/10 hands down! Cassie’s customer service is incredible, and as a customer service professional myself I really enjoy someone with exceptional customer service! She’s got something for everyone, delicious recipes and she’s so dang fast! We definitely plan our Medford trips around gobis schedule!

Best coffee since Kona Hawaii. Great local roast. Amazing flavors. Friendly a service. Why get a boring Machiato when you can get butterbeer instead!!! Loved it and will become a regular.

Cassie is awesome and so is her coffee! We’ve tried every coffee shop in Medford and this is by far the best. We also tried her energy drinks and her frappes and I was impressed! She just opened up and is well worth a try!

Cassie is the nicest person! Very helpful with suggesting a drink I would like. The Snow Bunny iced is soo delicious! And the lotus refreshers are like nothing else in the Southern Oregon area! There are so many fun drink I want to try. Can’t wait to be at Gobi’s coffee bar again!
