The food was inedible. We had to wait 20 minutes while everyone else was served. I will never come to this establishment ever again. This is the worst coffee shop in all of Oregon! Staff was rude and were messing around the entire time. $30 for a salad and a burrito?! This was the saddest experience I’ve ever had. What a worthless place!

Molly is the epitome of customer service. It’s so nice to have service with a smile, especially early morning before my coffee… Lol.

I was so impressed with their customer service. I don’t like coffee or tea much but they actually helped me choose a drink I would like and let me sample a little without me asking at all. They were so kind and I will definitely be back. It was so cozy and relaxing there too.

I love the Pesto eggs. I have tried several different drinks and all have been delicious.

Nice place for breakfast. Pricing could be a little bit better, but it's a minimal complaint for good food. Try the biscuits and gravy!

I’m obsessed with their jalapeño Swiss bagels their coffee is so good too. I like how open it is and there’s a lot of sitting space.

Great place to relax with a cup of Joe or a delicious raspberry hibiscus tea. Great ambiance feels like home. Make sure to drop in if you’re in the area.

=== Odd thing out in an office park! ===* If you're finding this for the first time, you're going to wonder if you're at the right place because it really is in the middle of an office park with no eateries easily in sight!+ Wonderfully warm decorations inside. Super homey. Although I was just ordering some whole bean coffee and a coffee to-go, surprisingly large numbers of people were hanging out, enjoying drinks and food with other people.+ Knowledgeable person behind the counter. She could talk about from which beans the to-go latte I ordered were made.+ Quick to make my purchase and leave.+ Latte was well-made. I prefer my favorite Dark Mountain beans to the Morning Mary that the latte was made from this day, but to each their own.

I had the most delightful avocado toast at this glorious restaurant place with my LDBFF and new aquired friend. You too can have lovely giggles with your own LDBFF at this restaurant, but get your own because mine is taken.I also got a dirty chai and it was magnificent.

I’m a long-time customer, and I work with a lot of people in many public settings, and so I notice when people are polite or acknowledge the presence of other human beings. I try very hard to say “hi” or “good morning”, “good afternoon” or “good evening” upon greeting someone (even if I don’t feel good that day). With this in mind, I stopped by Good Bean this morning and the young lady didn’t greet me, but I’m always nice and said “good morning” anyway, however I didn’t get a response to this. I tipped her anyway. I didn't get a response to this kind gesture. I said “thanks”, yet again but no response. However, she was being chatty with the young male co-worker who was next to her. It was such a weird experience. I go to Good Bean regularly because usually it’s a positive experience, but this morning I felt like less of a long-time customer and more of a number. The weird thing is that I’m in such a good mood today & I wish I wasn’t wearing a mask so she could have seen my smile. Anyhow, I did Not take offense to her unprofessionalism, but I’m leaving this review as advice from one former barista to a current one—please be kind to your customers so they keep coming back and keep tipping.
