I've only eaten their food once, much to my dismay. The first time was at Gold Rush Cider, and when we asked what we could order that was dairy free they told us "Everything!" Yay! So we ordered one of everything. Guys, it was all amazing. The kids declared it the best meal they'd ever had and ate it all. The sides, meats, everything it was all super good. We had the meatballs, j*** chicken and ribs all with beans & rice on the side. Nothing was too spicy for the kids but it all was full of flavor and was even good as leftovers the next day. Highly recommend.

What to do in Southern Oregon
Wonderful Caribbean found in the heart of Medford. Their Passion Fruit Pork Belly was so tasty roasted and served with a sweet and tangy passion fruit sauce and I don't know what they put in their steamed rice ( maybe butter) but it was really tasty! They their Trea Leches Cake, different than I've ever had and so wonderful! Can't wait to go back to try more if their menu.

To be honest, I had originally come to the truck to order a meal for my boyfriend and I to split. But most of the food didn't even make it to him. I ordered a weekly special, the Caribbean J*** Pulled Pork. It came with a small salad and rice with beans. I ate all of it. It was so juicy, has an amazing spice to it... It did not disappoint. I also got the "tostones," twice fried plantains with this amazing bacon jam. I don't typically like onions, but this was phenomenal! I topped off my meal with their homemade (I think it was) passion fruit juice. It was all some of the best tasting food I've had. Between the hospitality of Joshua and Cecil, the quality of the food, and the quick service, I'll definitely be back!

The food is absolutely amazing! Perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor. Definitely recommend. Such a pleasure when you see the smiling faces of the owners! Such sweet people. The amount of work and attention to detail is amazing. All the containers and utensils are biodegradable! The food cart is all over 5 stars and I will definitely be back
