We walked in, sat for 10 minutes while being completely ignored and sometimes I believe intentionally ignored by the staff. Host never looked up at us as well as a family of 6 waiting also. There were empty clean tables everywhere. No one even greeted us. We left and went to Elmer's up the road and were greeted and shown to a table within seconds of entering. Too bad for you because I was super hungry.

A couple weeks ago I tried to use a reward. Employee took a photo but never applied, my reward presumably using it himself? I waited awhile but still have not received a refund of points or other resolution

The worst IHOP I’ve ever been, I waited over 10 minutes and none of the waiters had approached me. It wasn’t busy at all so I’m really disappointed. So I left the place without any service being provided

It's an IHOP. Don't expect some amazing dining experience. It's edible and includes pancakes.

Worst experience ever. Management would not even take the time to discuss our frustration. Went on Mother’s Day and they were not very busy when we arrived. We made our order and then they got busy. People that arrived after us by 30 minutes and a larger group than my husband and I (2) began receiving their orders. By the 4th time we could see this happening we inquired. Nobody seemed to know what happened and we walked out at that moment. My husband asked to speak to the manager who said she was too busy to talk to him. We will not be returning.

I eata Keto diet, I visit IHOP all over the country and substitute a meat for the carb option in meals all the time. Despite my waitress ( Cherokee) trying the kitchen/ management staff would not allow substitution

A table of high schoolers were there and that's it. Walked in an hour before close, were told we couldn't be served.
