I'm trying this again. Today. I'll revise my review after I eat, or try to eat. Last year it was awful , 6 months ago it wasn't to bad or good. I hope they're better. Maybe I'll order something real simple to make. I'll never understand how a professional cook can't.

I love Carlos, and it's IHOP!!! What's not to love honestly. The day they get rid of the tray of different syrups on the table is the day I stop coming. It's very nostalgic for me. In a day and age where restaurants don't even keep salt n pepper on tables hardly...this is still a staple for me. Their country fried steak is soooo dang good, the sirloin tips and eggs, all the omelets....and I just tried the French toast pancakes 🥞. Sure it tasted like diabetes but you know what....I don't care, you only live once, 😉 and I was smiling through every bite!

Great food, fast service, convenient location. We had a great experience for our first time at this location. It was a great way to start our vacation.
Eat here if you expect to have to flag someone down to get seated, flag someone down for your drinks, flag someone down for your order, flag someone down if you need anything at all, and wait minimum 20 minutes after your done eating to get the check and another 20 minutes for them to pick it up and another 20 minutes for them to bring it back:) food was the only thing that happened timely, thanks cooks

We walked in, sat for 10 minutes while being completely ignored and sometimes I believe intentionally ignored by the staff. Host never looked up at us as well as a family of 6 waiting also. There were empty clean tables everywhere. No one even greeted us. We left and went to Elmer's up the road and were greeted and shown to a table within seconds of entering. Too bad for you because I was super hungry.

A couple weeks ago I tried to use a reward. Employee took a photo but never applied, my reward presumably using it himself? I waited awhile but still have not received a refund of points or other resolution
