After driving a few hundred miles, a burger sounded good. The Medford, OR location was very busy at 8 pm. Cheese burger really hit the spot - lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes made it satisfying. Chocolate shake was not chocolate - tasting, but good consistency. Pretty fast service for how busy it was.
I love in-n-out and have been what seems like them all up and down i-5 on the west coast. This was the worst experience, not because of the food which was delicious, but because I waited 28 minutes for it! Not only that, but I witnessed several customers speak with the agitated management regarding various issues, even requesting a refund for one customer. The whole experience was not worth the yummy burger.
