Very busy place. They weren't very friendly but the kicker was the kid who was yelling out order numbers to be picked up! He was literally screaming into the mic. It was horrible and made for a very unpleasant dining experience. It was so over the top loud that he woke up the baby. He waited about 3 seconds in between calling the names out. Good grief. No one could even get up fast enough and through all the people before he started screaming. I'm sure he was working hard, but maybe a little more workplace etiquette would be a good thing for those dining. The food was good as usual.

This location was great! Workers were friendly and handled the stress of being so busy. I just really wish In and Out would change their French fries there the worst in the industry🤢

After driving a few hundred miles, a burger sounded good. The Medford, OR location was very busy at 8 pm. Cheese burger really hit the spot - lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes made it satisfying. Chocolate shake was not chocolate - tasting, but good consistency. Pretty fast service for how busy it was.
