Food is great, the people suck. I don't think they've ever gotten my order correct the first time. And when I correct them I get attitude. This place seriously needs new management and employees I worked at Jack in the box for 3 years, whatever this store is doing is not working. I suggest going to literally any other store to get better service and not have to deal with the messed up orders. Oh and they don't answer the phone ever so if your order gets messed up you have to drive back. Update: my boyfriend went and picked up our correct order and there was a hair in the middle of my burger.

This jack in the box is the slowest “fast” food place I’ve ever been to. We accepted a delivery order from this location and were car #4 of 9 when we finally canceled the order due to having spent over 20 minutes in line and not one single car had moved in that entire time, not counting the addition 4-5 that left while waiting. That would’ve made the total line about 13. I understand it’s NYE and likely low staffing but to not have even ONE car move forward within 20 minutes? Come on. Some people rely on delivering for their income and canceling too many orders, regardless of your reason for doing so, impacts the ability to continue with the delivery company so by default, jack in the box’s inability to keep traffic flowing or at least have an expedited option for pickups is directly impacting people’s livelihoods. That’s not even looking at the fact that the order we were picking up was a single milkshake — by the time we eventually would’ve been able to pick it up (assuming they’d even gotten to that order yet) it would’ve been soup more than a milkshake. Gross for the customers too.

The prices keep going up, but the food tastes like it's been sitting out for hours. We spent $67, had to go back because they didn't give us everything we ordered. The fries had clearly been sitting and going stale under a heating lamp for way too long. For $70, they should at the very least make certain they give their customers fresh fries.

2023 I went to this location multiple times to get the “Basic Witch Milkshake.” Across every visit they did have it in stock. In my last visit in November I was planning to go to McDonald’s. Seeing the Jack in the box line was empty we swung over there instead…. I made order waiting at the window for 15 minutes and then was asked to pull up front. Found out that there were two other people that were also waiting for food. I was stuck at this location for another 30 minutes. I believe someone may have walked off the job. Giving me a heads up that your having technical difficulties would have been nice. My expectation for this establishment it disappointment. My Wife likes the food though…. Just thinking about having to go there again upsets me.

The service at this location is extremely slow but I will always come back because I love Jack in the box tacos. And there's this odd parking spot where you turn into the drive-thru, which I thought was the drive-thru. I'm assuming I'm not the only one to make this mistake
Update: 10/4/24 the wait time in the drive thru is just getting worse. Just idled in the drive thru from 20 minutes with one car in front of me. Had to get to work so I had to leave without my order. Then Went through McDonald's busy drive thru in 2 minutes flat.

Sat at the counter for 16 minutes. I timed it ? employees were constantly passing me and not one employee even said “be right with you” I eventually had enough and left
