I'm seeing a growing trend with fast food places wanting to send people from the window into a parking spot for their food just to avoid drive through times being extended but at the same time I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes at the window and another 20 minutes at a parking spot for my food that is generally designed to be fast Jack in the box's food tastes great overall when you're looking for something fast food but these wait times are ridiculous and unacceptable even for made to order food
There should not be this much of a wait time for nobody in the drive-thru window and no other food being ordered besides mine at the moment

OK, so first of all that he her worker I couldn’t tell was very sassy if I say so myself The tacos were good, but the breakfast croissant sandwich was so dry. The egg was overcooked. The sausage was burnt, and the water was a little bit yellow. I put water in the cup to see if it was just cup But no it was the water. Pictures of the water and new clean water in the cup to show it was dirty water or something I sipped it when I got it and didn’t taste weird tho but still gross and there’s the burnt sausage for ya

I have been to this particular location a few different times and was disappointed every time. Each time I got a burger at this location the buns were hard, they seemed stale. I went months in between and still the same result. I would recommend that if you like jack in the box burgers to find a different location. It's almost 10 bucks for a burger these days, the least they could do is put them on a fresh bun.

Rude employees and out of everything how can u ve our of a specialty item that's just crazy oh and completely got order wrong a d gave no dipping sauce whatsoever
There is always a very long way no matter what time of day or night you show up. A good portion of the time the employees are not very friendly customer service training. The parking lot usually has homeless or addicts sitting around doing God knows what they're doing or knocking on car windows asking for money. A good portion of the time the order is either not correct or missing food items. Food temperature is not what it should be most of the time. The owner should really take the time to look at their business and try to fix these issues. Fixing these issues could bring a lot more customers in.

Food is great, the people suck. I don't think they've ever gotten my order correct the first time. And when I correct them I get attitude. This place seriously needs new management and employees I worked at Jack in the box for 3 years, whatever this store is doing is not working. I suggest going to literally any other store to get better service and not have to deal with the messed up orders. Oh and they don't answer the phone ever so if your order gets messed up you have to drive back. Update: my boyfriend went and picked up our correct order and there was a hair in the middle of my burger.
