The food was very good and was actually priced not to expensive. Definitely get your bang for your buck.

Usually, this place is bomb. Can't find a difference. It's a good place. I've gone to Jack in the Box for yrs. Stay open. We love u.

The line moves a bit slow, but this doesn't stop me from getting my jack in the box.

Waited patiently in line to ask for my doordash order. They totally overlooked me without offering service before helping another doordasher get their order. Very unprofessional as well as rude.

Christmas night, 19:30 hours pulled in to pick up my mobile order.
At 8:20 I reach the drive thru window (Dining room was closed) and was informed my order had been "LOST". Instead of preparing my order for which I presented my E-mail confirmation, I was told to leave.
Driving home hungry on Christmas isn't great. VERY dissapointed in JIB. I appreciate anyone willing to work during these times...

The workers are the absolute best.
One star just to review. Every one is high, worst customer service ever,, been waiting on just a sandwich since 738 pm it now 8:12 and still waiting. This is ridiculous. I see three other customers that have been waiting over 20 minutes, review your cams. Can y'all get staff that can do their jobs? 8:15 still waiting, you all suck. I'm done .

Went to pick up an Uber order at 10 20 tonight. Waited in drive through for about 5 mins. 3 employees came out the back door and said we are closed. Told them we have an order to pick up and they said everything was shut down 10 minutes ago. They were rude and unprofessional at most.
We showed up to pick up a delivery order that was already confirmed through the delivery app. Everything was closed down and dark minus the kitchen light inside and 2 cars in the parking lot. We went through the drive thru and were told they closed for the evening. Ok, so what about our delivery order? We aren’t accepting orders anymore. Ok, but it was already confirmed through the delivery app sooo? Well we aren’t doing that anymore tonight. Ok, so can you cancel it so our delivery rating doesn’t go down since too many cancellations on our end results in losing the job? No actually we can’t, the manager has to do that. Ok, so why didn’t your manager shut down the order acceptance with the third party delivery apps BEFORE you closed? Useless company, useless staff, and apparently useless management with no regard for their customers. As a customer here myself in the past, you can also expect to spend at least 30 minutes in the drive thru with maybe only 1-2 cars in front of you. Slow, useless, unprofessional, expensive, and generally not super friendly. 10/10 do not ever recommend.
