Good service, never too long of a wait. The employees are very patient and always double check my orders. I don't know what it is, could it be my luck or the fashion in the way the chicken is made. The chicken strips are some of the toughest things I've tried eating, sort of like biting on a ball of leather. The ones you can chew are delicious though.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received in the 30 years as a faithful Jack in the Box customer! We ordered or food from the mobile app and picked it up in the drive thru. We went to the parking lot to eat the food. I noticed there was only 2 taco wrappers(4 were ordered). I picked up the taco wrapper and discovered there was 2 tacos in each wrapper with no lettuce. I called the store and Tess answered. I asked her if they were out of lettuce she replied rudely NO we have lettuce. I let her know my tacos did not have any lettuce. She said if you give us your tacos we will give you new ones. I told her perfect we are still on the property. We waited a couple minutes and a young gentleman came out and swapped the tacos. We were happy until we looked at the tacos. The wrappers were so full of lettuce they were practically ripping apart. We could not believe how wasteful as well as childish and vindictive it was. I called the store back and spoke to Tess again I explained to her how much lettuce was on the tacos. Her response to me is that is how we make them. I told her I don’t think you understand will you please come out and look at these. Her response was No I’m not doing that I’m too busy and I don’t have time to talk to you and hung up on me. There was only 3 cars in the drivethru. I called back and asked what the general managers name was her response was I’m not talking to you and hung up on me again. We did not feel comfortable eating the tacos because they were so blatantly vindictive to us I did not feel safe eating them. I have managed for Jack in the box and made many tacos I know how much goes on one. This was a blatant vindictive act. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

I was able to be apart of a super terrible customer service experience that was followed up with worse food. I got a soda and their ice machine was broken so I was the recipient of warm soda... and the food I ordered had a soggy bun. I understand that it is fast food... however I still had to pay for the food and it was a terrible experience.

No inside dining drive through only. Sign is still melted from the fires last year which is a a super bummer to look at. Not the greatest customer service but they got my order right so 3 stars

Ordered a Oreo milkshake a hour before they closed and told me they could do vanilla because they were cleaning their machine already... lame excuse. Probably won’t be back
