Two young workers, 1 female, 1 male, seemed to be only interested in talking. We waited quite awhile for them to finish my fruit bowl and almost walked out without our pretzels. Worst service ever!! Our previous visit with two other employees was great. Maybe the two from this evening shouldn't work the same shift. They both seem way too immature.

Easy to find and conveniently located. This place is my go to when I'm having a bad day. It's literally a meal in a cup. I usually get a strawberry surf rider with pineapple instead of peach and have never been dissatisfied. A scoop of whey powder compliments my workout routine and is a sweet treat between meals. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the ingredients are always fresh and tasty. A great place to get a smoothie, and pretzels now as well. 10/10

Nice workers... just SUPER slow!!!! Mobile app wouldn't allow orders so I had to go into the store. Wouldn't been so bad to wait so long if I had at least had a place I could've charged my cell phone while waiting so long. But there's no outlet outlets. Workers lacked any sense of urgency despite the fact that many people waiting for their drinks.
The girls in there were chewing gum and biting their nails while preparing food. Also they could not sell me a gift card because there system doesn’t work for it yet. Almost Christmas and you can’t sell a gift card? Come on.

The food is fine but the service is terrible. I waited 25 minutes to get a smoothie bowl and watched seven different people come in after me and order and get there food within five minutes, and when I finally got my food it was melted half full and missing toppings that come with the bowl.
