It’s 5:15 pm, I just pulled up to order. There was nothing prepared. It wasn’t busy but 1 car. It could have been busy before or might be short staffed. Also, as a busy owner, I would be very upset. Almost everything that I asked for was out. I had already ordered two regular pretzels, but because the other things that we wanted, we’re out I figured I’d just order another regular pretzel. When I asked her OK well I’ll just add another pretzel. She’s like sorry. Unfortunately you took the last two. I’m so confused.

I sat in line for a normal time, then at the window sat to about 3 minutes after I got my smoothie while waiting for my pretzel hot dogs. They then asked me to pull into a parking spot and they would bring them out in 2 or 3 minutes. After waiting another 10 minutes I went inside. I then waited at the counter (no one was inside) for another 4 minutes. The lady totally forgot about me, and I asked if they were just out and to give me a refund. I didn’t get a full refund and all she said was “sorry, it’s really busy.” They were not busy, they forgot to make my order. Another walk up as I was getting my refunded and asked “was I suppose to make a mini dog order”

Lady taking orders over speaker box in drive through was obnoxious, rude and abrasive. Had an attitude then tried acting like she couldn’t hear me at one point when she clearly could and then continued to have an antagonistic attitude at window. Her name is Violet. The management of this location needs improve their team’s morale and actual genuine customer service.

It's odd that no other business has moved in, so it always seems empty. The staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met, hats off to the staff, excellent work.

First time trying this place, no one in the drive thru but me. Got a 2 smoothies and pizza pretzels. We got the smoothies within a few minutes but then we waited 30 minutes for just the pizza pretzels and that would've been fine because means they should be fresh, but we got home (15 minutes away) and discovered they were super burnt. Even the pepperoni was burnt. Super disappointing and they knew before serving that they were burnt but did it anyway.

I have been here several times thinking that the service would be better each time. Nope! I get the drinks and bowls taking some time to make but the pretzels are never made. If I didn't have kids that insisted on coming here I wouldn't waste my time. Food is just ok for what it is. I would recommend going across town to Spin if you are looking for a smoothie or a bowl. Much better and fresher!
