I recently heard a favorable comment about Jaspers on the radio and we decided to go for lunch yesterday. It was "super"....the food and services (the entire crew were happy and helpful) and prices were so enjoyable that I decided to write a review. We'll definitely go again!

We love eating here! The food is absolutely amazing for a great price and we have never had a bad experience! The best tater tots I have had in my Life! The waitresses are extremely friendly in a genuine way. I highly recommend the patty melt, the burger they have that topped with an onion, ring, volcano, and elk macaroni and cheese. Highly recommend!!!

This is a must visit if you are in Medford. The burgers are top tier and the milkshakes are phenomenal. I had the burger with peanut butter and Jelly, forgot what it was called, but the MOAB looked really good too, I'm going to try that when I move to Medford in November. I was blown away with the Spiral cut potato wedge fries...the best fries I've had in my 49 years.

On this particular experience, my mother and I visited and we both ordered a cheeseburger. We asked what kinds of cheese can they come with. Our server named several choices, not providing info on which ones were "premium" costing an additional $1.99 to our bill. We chose smoked Gouda. The burgers came, we ate, but I thought mine didn't taste too good due to the cheese (I took half of it home). When we got the bill, we challenged the cheese charge because the server did not tell us the cheese was a premium cheese and cost more. After a minor debate, they took the cheese charge off the bill. Even now I'm more educated now, I don't really have a desire to go back. There are many great burger places in town to go to.

First, let me say the food is unexpectedly good! This means a lot when you are hungry, but service lacks, and sitting outside sucks because of traffic.
Parking: Not much, but when available, no issues
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly is a basic restaurant

I first came here in 2014 and it was great. I was back in 2017 and it was everything I remembered. I came back today and it was as good as the first time. I've had several burgers, but my go to is Smokey and the Bandit with a milkshake.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I hope to be back again soon.
