Ate there today. This place used to be nice and clean. Today was not a good experience. It took a while before someone greed us. The outdoor patio was dirty, broken windows, dead branches all over we tried to seat at two tables , they so lose , it was unsafe. Then we told the waitresses the issue. There answers were we will told the manager without any immediate action. The food was descent. But it was only some hotdogs. My point is : nobody cares in this place.

Hey guys, I from North Carolina and I have to tell you this was the best burger I have ever had. I ordered the Blue Grit which consisted of bison meat sauteed mushrooms in steak sauce, melted blue cheese and crispy onions . The staff was very friendly and Jaspers' is very clean. So if you are ever in Central Point Oregon you must stop by for a burger!!!! It will not disappoint.

We sat outside at an off time but still had decent service. Inside is very small and stuffy. Outside the street traffic is pretty loud. I ordered my burger with the veggie patty, which was good, and blue cheese on top which was way too generous. Taste was too strong and it was very messy. Milkshakes weren't as impressive as their price. There are a lot of different meats and toppings.

I've been here several times and found the food and service okay, but on my last visit it seemed like a whole new place. Very few customers yet somehow I waited 20 minutes for my food to arrive, and then it was cold. I'm really not sure what was going on in that kitchen. The waitress was rude and the service had so much to be desired. Do better, Jaspers!!!

Must try burgers! Everytime I'm going to be in the Medford area I'm stopping at Jaspers Cafe. I am going to Pokemon all of these burgers, I must try them all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It's a great place for specialty burgers. They have all sorts of great creations. I had a burger with peanut butter and raspberry sauce on it, and it was delicious. My wife had a burger with roasted poblano peppers and pepper jack cheese, which she enjoyed. Their fries are thicker than Texas fries and are curly. They have a spicy black bean buger and an Oregon Harvest buger that you can sub for any of their burgers. The service was good, too.

The burgers were really delicious! We had several different kinds and all tried each others, we all loved them, hard to even know which was the best, they were all so good!
The fries are separate, and imo priced a bit high, yet they were good, we had the regular and the sweet potato fries. The shakes are a bit pricey as well and nothing special, we'll skip those next time. The burgers are really the star of the show and that will have us coming back for more!
The service was really great, the servers were very helpful and friendly.

My first time and I was so impressed! They had a great variety of burgers, salads, and sandwiches as well as amazing staff! Outdoor seating offers the most seating, and it is kept cool with lots of shade coverings and trees. I will be back!!
