Jersey Mike's Subs

The door is literally caked with dirt and who knows what else. The inside is dirty and sticky. The windows are disgusting. I dare not step in the bathroom. I couldn’t order as I felt nauseous after touching the entry door. I could see into the kitchen work area and it wasn’t much better. This place is one rich lady being sick and getting sued away. Buyer beware.

I sat at the register waiting to pick up my food as employee after employee walked past me, none cared I was trying to pick up food. Finally one called out to get me help. One of the sandwiches was for an immuno compromised individual, they cannot have non heated meats, the sandwich we received was fresh from the fridge cold, even after instructions to heat the sandwich, so they couldn't eat the food.

Like the Dutch Bros of subs! Everyone was friendly!

Chipotle cheesesteak sandwich is delicious and very filling.

Literally ran across the street from one of the hotels only to be told they’d broken down all of their equipment and would be closing about five minutes early. Kind of beats the purpose of posted hours.

Been waiting for a to go sandwich for almost an hour!! If you get this backed up you need to stop accepting orders. Absolutely insane. Dozens of people waiting for food. My sandwich has been made and just sitting on the line waiting to be wrapped up for almost 15 minutes. On average 1 to go bag comes out every 10-15 minutes. Never seen anything like it.

Picked up an order,everything seemed to be clean, and the service was decently respectful and quick to help.

Best Jersey Mike’s around, excellent customer service and order is perfect and delicious every time.

Me and my family came here to eat for lunch while the food was pretty good my god the girls working behind the counter are very rude and act like they hate there job I was absolutely appalled by the way the staff spoke to my grandma that was just asking for a bag to put her sandwich the girl at the counter snapped at her for asking for a bag we will not be coming back to this location again

I am a regular customer and I spend $30-50+ each week. My family and I loved it so much, the portions were good and it always is so delicious. I few weeks ago I noticed my sandwich didn’t have a lot of meat on it so I decided to start ordering extra meat on my sandwich. The last 3 times when I pay for the extra meat it just looks like a regular amount of meat not worth the $2.40 more. It’s just disappointing and I’m not going to drive back to the store after getting home to complain. I try really hard not to complain, I always try and give the benefit of the doubt but after 3 times I don’t know if I will be a weekly customer anymore.

First time to ever eat a Jersey Mike’s sub and it was great! The overall flavor of the subs is delicious and the meat to bread ratio is way better than Subway. My husband and I both agreed that we will never go back to Subway. Super friendly staff and service was pretty quick considering how busy they were.
