This place WILL get you sick. I just confirmed this after getting sick here many times before and today opening up my sandwich to find a long hair hanging out of it. 1 star for refunding my order. You guys don’t follow proper safe food handling procedures and need to do better.

Super expensive, poor quality food, meh service, poor options, idk what else to say. Oh, they only have the three worst cheese options (American, provalone and Swiss) haha--guess they're living up to their name.

Food is good service employees horrible they would rather stand around giggle talk with each other then actually help customers. No reason to tell me to email and tell the company because nothing will get done either way because you have a bunch of lazy people working there on weekends and then you have a bunch of anger customers. Management should probably do something about it but they won't.

We loved this place since they opened. They have always had great sandwiches and we loved having fresh brewed ice tea. Recently, the fresh tea is gone and the only choice are flavored teas from the case. Super disappointing. They used to have a discount for military and that has been phased out too. I eat here at least three times a week but I am not coming back. What the heck? I hear it has a new owner and he is probably taking advice from
The Pirate’s owner, Bottom Line Bob. This is no way to treat your loyal customers

Love your sandwiches. Hate the service.

I waited 30 minutes after my pickup time for one sandwich, along with a small crowd of equally hangry customers. Not a single word from your staff—no updates, no “sorry for the wait,” just radio silence while they served walk-ins like we were invisible.

Finished sandwiches sat untouched behind the counter for 5 minutes before being bagged—only after someone complained. And then your employees started complaining about the complainers, loud enough for all of us to hear. Yikes.

This isn’t a staffing issue—it’s a training and leadership issue. A little organization and basic communication would go a long way.

I really do love Jersey Mike’s, but I’m not interested in playing customer service roulette every time I order. Please don’t reply with a canned “thanks for the feedback.” Fix it.

Why sometimes can you not order sandwiches off the jersey mikes app, you go on the app and you can only get chips or drinks no sandwiches, this is so stupid, and of course no response from business
