This was the best experience I've ever had at Jimmy John's as a customer! The sandwiches were perfect, proportions were spot on, and tightly wrapped like PROS! A HUGE shoutout to Malia and Ruby for their work! Every Jimmy John's should strive to be this perfect every time!

Bailey ran out after left... He was able too help me get a gluten free picklewich! After I was told gluten free wasn't an option. I was so surprised he ran to my car and helped me back in the shop to order my first sandwich! Having someone understand food allergies is very important! Celiacs Disease is difficult to navigate. BAILEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO SERVE ME SAFE FOOD! I really enjoyed my experience here and hope that this training is extended to all!

I want to thank the local Medford Jimmy John's! We had a work meeting today and our catering order somehow got placed for Jimmy John's in Florida instead of Medford, we called the local Jimmy John's in the Medford Center and spoke to Matt who thankfully was able to get our large catering order done and to us in less than 2 hours. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Matt for saving the day :)

While reading menu,( first time at jjs) we observed an employee picking his nose. Very disgusting, we left and will not return.

I’ve had ongoing issues with this Jimmy John’s at the Medford Center consistently getting my address wrong, even though it’s entered correctly every time. When you call about it, not only can they not redeliver, but they get defensive instead of trying to fix the problem.

Today I spoke with Cecilia, who said she’s the manager, and the way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional. She immediately accused me of giving her attitude just because I was frustrated with the situation—not with her personally. I tried to explain that, but she kept interrupting me while I was speaking and repeatedly told me to “stop” instead of actually listening.

I’ve worked in customer service and I know how it works: even when the customer is wrong, you listen, you show empathy, and you try to resolve the issue. That clearly wasn’t the case here. I felt dismissed, talked over, and like my concern didn’t matter. I won’t be ordering from this location again. If I could give ZERO stars I would!

It was my first time at Jimmy John’s and Bruce and Eric were awesome. They helped me figure out what to get without making it awkward or rushed. Super chill, gave solid recommendations, and the sandwich hit the spot. Fast, friendly, and knew their stuff. Appreciate the help, fellas.

⭐ 1 Star Review – “Slapped Together, Drenched, and Dismissed”

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at this Jimmy John’s location was frustrating enough to warrant one.

I placed an order through the app for myself and my brother. When we returned to our car and opened our sandwiches, we were both disappointed especially me. My sandwich was barely assembled, with an embarrassing amount of meat, way too much mayo, and hardly any mustard. It looked nothing like what I ordered, and none of the special instructions were followed.

I went back inside, politely asking for the issue to be corrected. Instead of being met with professionalism, I was greeted with scornful looks and a bitter attitude from the staff. The manager finally approached and asked for the sandwich. I gave it to her, thinking it would be remade properly.

Less than a minute later, she handed me what I thought was a fresh sandwich. But when I got back to my car and opened it up, I realized they hadn’t remade anything. They had just taken the original one, slathered an overwhelming amount of mustard and mayo onto it, and handed it back completely soggy, sour, and inedible. It felt like a passive-aggressive attempt to shut me up rather than fix the issue.

My brother’s sandwich wasn’t much better overloaded with filler like lettuce, barely balanced, and just overall sloppy. It felt like quantity over quality, but even the quantity was in all the wrong places.

This wasn’t just a bad sandwich it was a bad experience. The food was wasteful, the attitude was dismissive, and there was zero effort to provide good service or correct their mistake. If this is how customer concerns are handled, I have no interest in ever returning and I’ll be steering my friends and family elsewhere too.

Was trying to order a sandwich box on the website and it kept giving me an error on my billing address when I tried to pay.. so fine, I went into the physical location.

When I brought up what I was trying to order, the female employee insisted that they needed 24 hours notice as it counts as “catering”. Then, an older gentleman walked over and reinforced what she said.. and also said they can’t do an order like that during lunch rush (while, no joke, gesturing to 3 customers who already had their food). There was no line of people. I was the only person who was waiting to order. I clarified that it’s just a box of 6 sandwiches cut into 3 pieces and they still insisted that it required 24 hours notice.

Something tells me you should be able to complete an order of 6 sandwiches to be a successful sandwich shop, but I guess the employees here disagree.

Good luck with your business.

Well, I tried to call Jimmy John's today on On Crater Lake Ave. today and I get told that they're out of bread and they cannot let me order food over the phone and if I was to show up, they would not have enough bread to make me a sandwich, I can't make this stuff up. I was so disappointed the excuse that I got from them today was they ran out of bread and they had a room full of people about 40 people in there to accommodate their needs and not mine. I'm so disappointed in Jimmy John's professional service..
