I was greeted promptly, got my order in and they made my sandwich with a minimal wait. I appreciate that they didn’t go crazy with any toppings I added so overall it was a good experience! Thanks for the tasty food.

I went to Jimmy Johns today. I found it comical that all of the employees were wearing "Freaky Fast" tees. They haven't been fast in eons....while I'm standing there after placing my order, I have to wait for all of them to put together a pick up or delivery order before they make my sandwich.....they also put cheese on it when I said no cheese.

Food is always good. The consistency with the food is definitely appreciated. I’ve never had a problem with any employee. Ordering ahead is super easy, although I would recommend going down there as soon as you place the order or else your sandwiches might be sitting for a little. Ordering in person is just as easy usually only takes them about 2-5 minutes tops to get my sandwich out.

Multiple times have had deliveries well over an hour to be delivered 0.6 miles away, for usually a total of two sandwiches that cost $30

This happened a long time ago but I haven’t ordered since. I ordered a sandwich and it took a while to get here so I called just to check up on it. Right away the man on the phone was extremely hostile, telling me he did drop off the order I didn’t receive and accusing me of lying. I was waiting by my door in the living room the whole time and my dog would have barked. I didn’t see a car pull up to my complex and my doorbell didn’t ring. I can understand if they misplaced my order. The complex is a little weird and hard to navigate, and I know food service can be stressful. But I had never had that kind of uncalled for hostility right off the bat from a professional setting before. I didn’t really know how to respond. I ended up getting a replacement order but I never wanted to order from them again since. I hope they’ve since hired some kinder staff.I just wanted a sandwich but mostly what I got were uncalled for accusations and insults.I used to really like Jimmy John’s and it was my first time having it since I moved from Texas to Oregon. But after that experience, it really ruined it for me. Been going to Subway since. They might not have better sandwiches, but at least the staff isn’t needlessly meanspirited.

Terrible I will never give CEO of this chain a dime to do this again. I dont agree with the CEO killing rhinos and other large endangered game for sport.
