This location gives jimmy johns a horrible name. I ordered online & was 15 mins away already. Got there waiting another 40 mins to get my order & they weren’t busy at all. Then I get the food finally get home to eat it to come to find out there’s three slices of turkey on it. Thank god I got the salami because that would have not been enough. Still only tastes like bread & lettuce. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location.

Wish I would've read some reviews first. Staff at the counter could care less. Asked to toast a sandwich, was told no. Asked for a receipt, was told I'll get it with my food. The food was finally ready and... it was disgusting, wouldn't feed it to a stray dog.

I just purchased a $10 small turkey sandwich with all bread, tomatoes, and ONE slice of turkey. Window person has long hair DOWN, not put back, no gloves while taking money and giving you food. Groce! Rip off totally. Bread was good.

I just drove across town to get my sick son a roast beef sandwich as plain as can be. What do I come home with? A roast beef sandwich with tomato, oil, vinegar, bacon and shredded lettuce. While ordering I had to repeat myself numerous times and they still got it wrong. I’m so frustrated. The sandwiches are over $10 a piece. Totally unacceptable.
I had a #4 with mayo mustard pickles lettuce and turkey it was a drive through when I had my sandwich to my surprise, no mayo or mustard just a dry sandwich. Other than that it was ok

We came to dine in at Jimmy John’s for lunch on 8/4/24 at 2pm. We ordered combos and were told their soda machine wasn’t working, so we’d be charged extra for bottled soda. I asked how we would be charged extra for a drink that is smaller (bottle is 20 oz and the fountain drink with combo was 22oz sized). The worker at the time said “I imagine that you’d be getting more soda out of the bottle than the fountain size”. I pointed out that the bottle was in fact 2 less ounces, so us being charged extra for THEM not having fountain sodas seemed silly. They disagreed. We ended up getting just sandwiches and a water cup. Their customer service was not good. They did not even try to make it better for their issue with not having the fountain machine working. Their attitudes were rude and I’m not sure I personally will come back here and I won’t recommend it. I work at a restaurant myself and when we are out of things, we substitute and accommodate the customer. It’s called good customer service.

The guy at the window was rude and pushy about a tip and instead of being helpful, he made snide comments under his breath that I still heard and responded too. I'm pretty sure it's the manager but I don't think the food is worth it and will go somewhere that customer service means something.
