The man who was working on Saturday, August 24, 2024, around 8 pm should be fired.
My husband and I walked up to the bento stand, and the employee who was running the stand for the night clearly saw us my husband and I waiting in line to be served and we end up waiting for over 10 minutes as there was nobody else in line but us, but he did not bother to acknowledge us. Instead, he was sitting down shooting the bull with one of his friends who had already been served long ago. To make matters worse, the guy who had already been served, who was not an employee, wouldn't move out of the way so my husband and I could be served. The employee saw us, but did not care. The employee kept cussing up a storm of bad bad words with his friend in front of my husband and me. As my husband and I were leaving without being served, the employees friend had the audacity to tell me and my hushand I can move out of the way so that way you guys can order. I told the guy we have been waiting here for 10 minutes waiting to be served, but you will not move out of the way and you’re being inconsiderate. The employee working the stand didn’t say anything and didn’t bother to apologize for not trying to serve us and for his behavior. My husband and I left unhappy. I don’t know what time the bento stand closes but this is no way to treat people just because you were about to close. This is one way to get a bad review. Congratulations, you received a negative review from my husband and me. I don’t know who owns the stand, but I noticed that different people are running the Bento stand when we drive by. The owner really needs to talk to the employees about these issues. This is not okay. I will never go back to this Bento standeen if they offer me a credit. I’m done with the stand.

Simple and good. There's something to be said about food places that only have a couple options. They focus on chicken and they do it well. I got chicken with white rice and it really hit the spot. It was enough for a satisfying meal and a snack later on, all for a reasonable price. And because they only have a couple things it was ready to go like two minutes after I ordered it.

Best bento I've ever been to hands down.
Parking: Its slim down there, maybe 8-10 spaces for multiple businesses but it's a food stand so it's easy to park close and walk

I'm a southern Oregon native so I've been fed by Jolie since the beginning. I no longer live in Medford, so when we knew I had to come into town, I had to swing by and get a bento box! Still as delicious as I remember!... Only complaint is those line can get long... Cuz everyone wants this stuff!! Thank you for the food! ♥️

Real Fresh! Real food! Real delicious! Grilled to perfection! Right on the corner of Riverside and Main! Well worth the prices! Simple menu! Chicken and rice or steak and rice. They have brown and white rice! Definitely coming back!

There's a good reason there is always a line at lunch. They have the best teriyaki chicken you can get!Thankfully the line moves fast and the service is amazing.Keep being awesome!
