This spot is the one I like best. I go to plenty of restaurants but here I go the most. The team is very warm and the food they offer is so fresh and tasty. I would always prefer to have a decent meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.

They mess up almost every time I order online. I ordered a popcorn chicken box and get a box with sides and a small popcorn chicken. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a simple order done.

Second time ice tried the new store in Medford. Order wrong both times, chicken not fully cooked, very long wait times. Today I ordered the chicken sandwich, nuggets and fries. I got two thighs, a leg, 1/2 a container of mashed potatoes and some warm Cole slaw. Totally done with KFC. DON'T GO THERE!!! There are much better places to eat.

Every order I have received from them in person or through delivery has ALWAYS been wrong! I am tired of being ripped off and basically stolen from. Will not be returning to this one here. Sad because it WAS one of the best places.

Do not go to the kfc on east mcandrews in Medford Oregon. My man went and got the big box, his chicken was raw and bloody. He is very sick. They went to replace his chicken but instead of hot fresh chicken it was cold and stale. Their store is always dirty, they are rude and do not care about food quality or customer service. Mind you the 2 people who were working during this time were both managers so there's no excuse for this sort of thing. Corporate has been contacted.

The evening manager Sammy who doesn't speak very good English try to sell me four pieces of chicken when I asked him for a 4-Piece tender meal. Then when he realized that he was in the wrong he kept trying to tell me I need to say Tinder or chicken, there were three other people standing there with me who can vouch that I did a 4-Piece tender meal. Unfortunately I do love KFC but this one is going downhill quickly I will not return

We ordered some food through Grubhub, and not all of it got delivered. Grubhub’s chat system was down so I decided to call the store to see if anything could be done. It took about 10 minutes of calling, but I finally got through to them and told the gentleman my problem. He then yelled “Please call back in 10 minutes then we can talk about it!” And hung up on me. I understand if you’re busy, but that’s just terrible service.
